Great service!
The initial submission on their website was quick and simple to use. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from James to help match me to a local advisor. James, was polite, helpful, and clearly knowledgeable on the matter of pensions. It was a pleasure to speak with him. Overall, it was a good experience.

Polite and helpful and informative
Representative called me at work. I asked to be called back later when I was at home an I was duly called back right on time by Joe. Joe was really helpful. He told me that he was not a financial adviser and his role was to put me in touch with one, which he did. An appointment was made at a time of my choosing so overall the first experience couldnt really have been better.
