First contact with Horizon Wealth…
First contact with Horizon Wealth Consultancy was an impressive start. Appointment was made and cancelled 5 minutes later, and after I read reviews I then rebooked appointment. There was no issues with this and I was looked after at all times.

So far so good! I responded to a request online and received a call on the same day to discuss initial request/information. Wes, who took the time to speak with me, and clearly explain the next stages of the process was very kind and professional and has followed up the call with information about an initial appointment I have with a pension advisor.

it took too long
it took too long. Firstly I spoke to an advisor who then passed my details to a FC. He rang me later that day and asked the same questions.
He then arranged an appointment for me next week.
It would be easier and quicker if I could speak firstly to a FC then we could agree whether a meeting would be beneficial.
