Kathy Middle went above and beyond when sorting out my car insurance this year. She is always helpful, approachable and patient. If unavailable when I call the firm, the receptionists who answer the call take my details, and Kathy always gets back to me. She is very reliable. Thank You

Hannah Kilbane was excellent. Called for medical elective insurance for my son’s month long placements first in the Philippines and then Vietnam, as a UK Medicine student. Professional and efficient, but also personal and friendly

I took out a house insurance policy via the BMA a few years ago. This year the issurer involved pulled out. Lloyd & White via their advisor Destiny contacted me a week later with another offer of a policy that was significantly less expensive than the last year and it was no hassel to check the details, make a minor correction, and renew by credit card over the phone. All very easy.
