Buy the voucher to see Topanga Canyon Psychic, the phone number of Psychic was there but no one pick up the call. Left message many times but never receive any call back. So my voucher was expired without see the Psychic. I tried to connect with customer support team but there is no option and also there is no phone number provided so we can have the solution.
So now I'm wondering if all the reviews was legit and is it a real person who went to see Psychic. And all the customer reviews on living social page regarding the list of all the business is it real review ? Because when I come to this site to wrote a review this company had bad reputation.
So I think all those review regarding any business that they sell the voucher it might be fake one.
Beware if you need to buy anything from this site. Better check first with the restaurants or any business that you interested to buy any voucher if you really can used them or not. I hope this company get investigate with consumer bureau protection. So they can stop cheating someone money especially in this economic situation.

For longer than I care to remember, this company constantly bombard my email with absolute nonsense and items I have no interest in. As someone with only a limited amount of vision, I use screen reading software on my PC, every single day without fale , when I go to my inbox, there they are living social living social living social living social, living social Edinburgh living social Edinburgh, oh did I mention living social, I have attempted to unsubscribe, but how can I unsubscribe from a stupid email client that I didn’t even sign up for. Come on Trust Pilot, get my point over to these people I do not wish to receive emails from living social, living social living social living social Edinburgh living social Edinburgh, and no I do not want any of their stupid for sale items either. Yours very furious Mr Jay Jackson.

Poor Service not Customer Centric
First this has more to do with the merchant and the customer service with Livingsocial.I purchased a service thru Livingsocial in June. started contacting merchant (MLL) the same day to schedule appt. to no avail would they return a call or send an email In August after no contact from them I contacted LivingSocial for a refund got no it is past the date allowed. I can get something else and lose half of the cost of original purchase. Tried merchant one more time 9/23 via text they were belligerent up to stating they never had signed up with Livingsocial LivingSocial I was never able to speak to a live person only replyy to msg. sent thru their site. LivingSocial should one return monies for services not rendered due to merchant issue, not give the "you are past our date for refund" so you are SOL, two if no refund then do not steal monies from customers when on account. Until this issue never had an an issue with either merchants or livingsocial. Not sure if I will deal with them any longer they are now groupon.
Living Social has the worst customer…
Living Social has the worst customer service of any business I’ve ever dealt with. They refused to help me on a problem I had with one of my purchase from them that a situation beyond my control made it impossible for me to use. So I lost over $100. They simply said, “There’s nothing we can do, these are the rules.” When I asked to chat with somebody higher up in the organization, all they did was reiterate that statement and they ignored my request. I urge others never to use this service again!

Stay away from this website. The refund policy is outdated and only benefits Living Social. I purchased a Sam's Club membership and was not able to redeem it, because I accidentally hit redeem as the process written for using vouchers is unclear. I'm sure this is purposeful, so the company can keep money. Please don't use this company for deals. I'm sure they make the bulk of their money by ripping people off. You're better off paying full price for the deals advertised. Customer support is poor as well. Again, stay away.

I got an email that said "Oil Change + 20% off". I clicked on it. Requested the $39.50 oil change and added the Promo Code SAVE which it accepted and then without me doing anything else it charged my credit card $39.50. I called the customer service line. The message said "we are sorry but our offices are closed. Please contact us during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8am-6pm." Thing is I made the call at 2:39pm on Friday. I tried 2 more times and got the same message. Is there any companies out there anymore that care about their customers????
Not trusted business
Last month: Order from Living Social (Feb. 9, 2021) four items: $51.99=Order#1000-133202-587943-(Received 2each knee support: 02/14/2021 via usps). 2 items still waiting and paid for shipping. I will not recommend this Living Social to anybody. They are big rip off business. Bad businesses.

I purchased a voucher from Living Social for a Hello Fresh meal plan for $19.20. In order to redeem the plan from Hello Fresh, I had to get the number from Living Social's voucher. A pop-up window informed me there were no refunds available after opening the voucher. When I opened the voucher in the fine print it said "for first-time customers only". This is the first notice of "for first-time customers only" I received. In other words, Living Social led me down a path where they took my money and made it unrefundable before I was notified I was ineligoble to use the voucher. Hello Fresh wants an additional $62.93 for the meal plan I contracted for $19.20.

Also, expensive delivery charges and items take ages to arrive.

How they get away with it in this day and age I will never know!
US and UK branches both equally incompetent, unsympathetic and unhelpful.

You can't contact them! Both Groupon and Living Social are totally impossible to contact! Extremely frustrating. If you can't help or communicate with your customers, I suggest you just close down your business. It's just outrageous.

Bought a voucher for a house powerwash…
Bought a voucher for a house powerwash in March 2020, appointment set for May 5th. Did not show after stating he would when called to confirm the day before arrival. Rescheduled 3 more times, failed to show also failed to answer calls and text messages on numerous occasions. When he did text message, stated he would arrive on May 18th. This was a overcast day which called for rain, a no show by him without a phone call to even reschedule. Asked for a refund from LivingSocial. getting a run around from them.
They do NOT deliver
I ordered three different products, received three separate tracking numbers for the shipment, and got ZERO packages. All three tracking numbers returned info that the package was left on my front steps. I'm working from home due to COVID-19, so I'm here all day. There were ZERO packages delivered. One package was supposed to be delivered by Fed Ex, one by Fed Ex SmartPost, and one by DHL. I did not receive any of them; yet, I get amazon packages with no issues. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LIVING SOCIAL!

It seems anybody can sell on Living Social. They don't check the sources. they have distanced them selves from the sales also. Beware Beware scammers are using it.

Tried to get a blazer refunded on my original payment. They told me the window (of three days) was closed. They took a week to send it and somehow I was supposed to know if it would fit.

This company is beginning to scam customers. I had an experiece the other day where their 20% coupon code didn't work so I had to buy the service coupon without the code ( it was nearly midnight so too late to call them). I called the next day and told them. They kept me on the phone for 15 minutes AFTER acknowledging code should have worked . Mainly, they put me on hold 3 times and then said they'd issue me the $38 refund they owed me. Then the phone went dead. I checked my paypal account today and the $38 refund was not processed. I called LivingSocial again and asked the rep to read me the notes from my original conversation with their rep. It says " Customer hung up so I didn't issue the refund". SERIOUSLY?? I didn't hang up. they did. Also, they said they would issue it. What does it matter if the line "went dead" no matter whose fault it was - they had all the info they need after the 15 minutes we spent on the phone together. From now on, I will only use their competitor - which rhymes with Coupon. They are so much more honest and transparent
