Dont get me wrong they have a good choice of food and are fairly priced but thats where it ends. Not only has my order not been sent out but they also completely ignore me when i contact customer service. Its been a week of ignorance and not one single update! Good job i paid with a credit card

Ordered some layers pellets a week and a half ago, and they still haven't arrived. Emailed the company to query, and have had no response yet. Tracking with the 'Shop' app shows it hasn't even been dispatched yet! No contact phone number available - feel badly let down by this company, and wish I'd checked the recent reviews here before ordering. Will not order from them again.

I ordered some bird food 8 days ago. I have heard nothing from the company. I emailed them 4 days ago-no reply. Very poor customer service I'd say. No phone number available

We ordered on the 2nd, got a dispatch notice on the 5th and they arrived in perfect condition on the 6th! I was worried when I saw the reviews but great service. Maybe there were old issues that are now resolved.

What a shambles. I used to use this company for several years when the customer service was good. My recent order was finally delivered after chasing with continuous emails. Very few were replied to and when they did I was told they were waiting for an update from the warehouse. No further update was received a the next I knew was a notification from DPD saying they are awaiting my parcel. Nothing further so I emailed yet again saying DPD are still awaiting the parcel. To cut a long story short, my order arrived half of it was missing…… yet more rounds of emails wanting an update. My patience has now ran out. Shocking service and a company I will not be using in the future Buyer Beware..

Long delays in replying to customer service emails. Long wait for parcel to finally be delivered. And then as it came as two parcels with the same delivery sticker and reference DPD would only leave one with us. Not sure whose error this is - but DPD said two parcels mustn’t have the same reference code. Perhaps if they had been sent both within one large box all would have been ok.

I have emailed to request a refund for the returned parcel. They have replied and promised the refund.

I won’t be using this site again as the process has been a little too messy

If I could give no stars for customer service I would. The product itself is ok, and pretty good value. But you pay for this with the appalling level of service. I received no updates regarding delivery, and had no response to email enquiries, which is the only means of contact. Twelve days after ordering I was told that the order would be delivered by DPD, having previously been told that it would be delivered a week before. When it finally arrived one item was missing. There has been no response to my emails, and it looks like I am going to have to write off the item as a loss. I tried to find out more about Havelins PetCare, the parent company, but it seems to be in pieces as most of the other weblinks don't work. Avoid at all costs

Only half my order arrived , emailed 3 times to point this out , 3 times no reply .
There is no customer service Tel number for this company only email , which as stated gets you nowhere .
leaves you high and dry and defrauded out of your money , which reading other reviews does not seem to be uncommon , when will i learn to check Trust Pilot before dealing with anyone .

I have had many 20kg bags of sunflower hearts over the years maybe as many as 50+. No problems. Then at the end of last year 2025 I received a bag of large sunflower hearts much larger than any previous hearts and the birds wonn't eat them.The order after that they sent the full black and white sunflower seeds when I had ordered hearts.I have had to dump those no use at all.I won't use this company any more.

I have always used this company for sunflower hearts and given 5 star reviews. I don't know whats happened but their service and quality of seeds have seriously gone down hill. It took days to get a response to my emails of non delivery, I appreciate it was just after Christmas and new year. When eventually I did get a reply, there was no apology just a brusque response. The quality of the sunflower hearts isn't good either. They are a dark grey colour and there are lots of discarded seeds on the ground. I won't be ordering from Little Peckers anymore.

Placed an order on 2 January then realised soon after that it was the incorrect item. No customer service phone number to call, so I emailed the address stated on the website and order to cancel it on 3 January, but received no response. I emailed again on 7 January, still no response. Then on 10 January I received an email from Little Peckers to state that it had just been dispatched. Both my emails clearly arrived prior to order being dispatched with time for cancellation - so obviously either nobody actually monitors the inbox, or they deliberately ignore emails about cancellations hoping customer will end up keeping the unwanted item and they get the sale. Have ordered from Little Peckers many times in the past, will no longer do so as customer service when needed is non-existent.

Had I wanted the item, I'd also have been unhappy with very slow delivery time - it's now 14 January and delivery is yet to be made.

I ordered 3 bags of badger and fox biscuits on 27th December. I was unaware at the time of ordering that they were closed, I didnt receive an automated message back. I finally received my order today despite 3 emails sent chasing up and no response. Shoddy customer service, lack of acknowledgement or response - they obviously dont care about customers or know how to interact, just take your money. Wont be using them again.

I have always been happy with Little peckers until this year.They are sending the wrong seeds in the last 2 orders

I have ordered many times from this company but my latest order has not been sent It was apparently dispatched a week ago but the tracking number says DPD have not even received my order from the company. No response to emails and no number to call. Really disappointing as my animals have no food now, I will never use them again as I can’t risk my animals running out of food.

Sunflower seeds finally arrived via Yodel who ignored delivery instructions. Two months later birds are still not interested. These are much larger than previous years and don't flow easily in Nuttery feeder. Date on packaging shows these seeds are already 6 months old. Usual lack of response from LP. DO NOT BUY.

I chased for an update a week after my order and got a vague unhelpful reply. I've tried to cancel my order after waiting a further 48 hours and now I'm not getting any responses. Having to now contact my bank to charge it back onto my card.

Absolute rubbish STILL waiting for my order!!! Will never use them again

Worst serve I have ever encountered

The delivery arrived late via Yodel (equally shoddy service). Yodel had thrown the box over a 6foot high fence - they never rang the bell and our car was in the drive! When we opened the box at least half the bird fat balls were smashed to pieces. There was no protective packing so the fat balls had been bashing against each other throughout their journey (undoubtedly Yodel just finished them off)! I sent photos and emails to Little Peckers (Havelins) but have been completely ignored. Clearly an appalling customer service - will never purchase from them again.

Order not dispatched, no response to emails. Going through credit card company to recoup money. Shocking , would never use again
