I’ve just received my bio-degradable balloons which I’m sure will be great and really pleased that this product exists...

but they come in a clear plastic bag & they were sent in a plastic non-biodegradable grey mailer bag that isn’t really even reusable as it’s been taped up to make a smaller package. It kind of defeats the purpose of buying eco friendly balloons if by ordering them I now have two plastic bags to throw away.

So 5 stars if the packaging was eco. Thanks

Fab product which arrived with very minimal (yet still safe and secure) cardboard packaging, showing that they practise what they preach regarding environmental sustainability! Great balloons, thank you.

The order came really quick, just the fact that nearly half of the coconut shells been cracked and not fit for use, and the company doesn’t answer me by email and messenger is disappointing. I want to make a return but there’s no instructions on their website nor any response from the seller.

I ordered 3 packs (30 balloons) of biodegradable heart balloons for a Birthday memorial at the cemetery with family . We were going to all let one off after I filled them with helium.
I was very disappointed that half of the balloons popped during the inflation. I did not over fill them and after the first few popped I was extra careful with the rest but still they continued to pop. Very disappointed.

Quick delivery. Good product, just what was needed.

Sadly I believe this company no longer exists as I didn't get my paid for order. Also, I've phoned (no longer in service) emailed and used messenger.
:-(

Delivery time amazing. Customer response time is so quick. Thank you. Great service

Quick delivery, great products

Thought these were fantastic little gifts at a great price and unbelievably speedy delivery. Would buy again.

Had the products I was after. Transparent about how environmentally friendly the balloons one. Super fast delivery.

The balloons were for a filming project, and I wanted to make sure I chose an environmentally safer option for the balloon but when we went to fill them with helium, they didn’t look like hearts at all, it was not clear that the can’t be filled with helium, so it has now become more waste and I will not be buying from this company again!

Easy ordering. Excellent customer service. Reasonable prices. We'll done!

The balloons are great and biodegradable.
But unfortunately three of the heart balloons had holes in them (out of 10).

Fast postage

Very pleased with my purchase delivered within 2 days(Bamboo plates) - very good products .

I ordered bright multicoloured balloons for my sons 3rd birthday and I received silver and gold balloons. Not impressed.

Good products and very speedy order fulfillment

Arrived so quickly and really happy with the balloons! Great to have found a more eco friendly option for a 1st Birthday! Thankyou :)

I ordered balloons for the spreading of ashes and the delivery was amazing super fast !

Always been a pleasure to use this company. Used them for our wedding ten years ago and just stocked back up for our anniversary and big birthday this year.
