Litter Bins was established in the latter part of 2012, but is part of the well-established Jaydee Living Ltd business. We pride ourselves on our customer care and if you feel we have not met your expectations in any way then please let us know.
We are lucky to be based in the wonderful Cotswolds and have a large warehouse just off the M5 stocking approximately 400 different product ranges.
Litter Bins offers an extensive range of bins for schools, offices, homes and other environments. We offer very competitive pricing on single items and even better discounts for anyone buying multiple products.
We always try to source British where possible but have a large network of manufacturers all over the globe that we utilise if the product and price is right.
As well as offering litter bins to help the environment, we also use recyclable cardboard for outer packaging and to keep our products protected we use biodegradable air pockets.

Unfortunately one bin had a damaged rim but nothing major, not affecting its use.

Typically with any damages we require customers to email sales@litterbins.co.uk showing pictures of the damage upon delivery and we will happily send out a replacement item free of charge.
I appreciate you haven't found any issue with the damage and can continue to use the bin but respectfully we would be happy to replace the lid should you wish and that can be done by following the instructions mentioned above.

We try our best to keep as much in stock in our warehouse as possible but there are rare occasions where we aren't able to fulfil all of our orders and try to maintain stock levels on our site to ensure orders aren't taken for items we don't have ready to go.
