Customer service is great and they answer any questions you might have. I bought some Natalensis spores and man they’re beautiful. Give them the FAE they need and they’ll definitely be some of your favorites. Lil Shop is definitely gonna have me as a return customer.

Only time I had a long wait was during covid and didn't feel it was the company that was behind the world lost its mind for a moment and everything was at a standstill. Last order was made for st Patrick's and was here the following Wed. At least for me 10/10 5 Stars

Its winter here, After ordering some Lions Mane LQ. I had not heard from the shop when they would ship. I contacted customer service and received an email from Tia the next day. She explained that the extream cold temeratures at the time were holding up shipping. Very satisfied with this vendor my second great experience with them.

I don't understand why this company has less than 5 stars. The customer service is top tier. They go above and beyond I had a problem with my order and after a day or two tia@lilshopofspores responded and helped me out no question asked. I've been ordering here since 2020 and I love it keep up the grate work!!

I received pan jam very fast! I’ve made a few orders and all came with in a week or less! I’m patient I don’t need stuff next day.. anyways the most resent panaeolus cyanesence Jamaica 10cc Lc syringe they devoured the grain (no contam) And have been producing big fruits non stop! Great genetics thank you LSOS

I've ordered from them before. Never again. I ordered. They took the money. Product never arrived. Tried to contact them. No answer. Also, product should come through USPS with a tracking number. No email from USPS with tracking number.
They won't answer any emails.

Used years ago no problems just placed order 2 weeks ago no tracking no package no response to emails ...smh run

I placed my order with Lil Shop of Spores on 1/17/22 and they took my payment. To date 2/17/22 I have not received my order nor, any updates on when it will be shipped. I've sent several emails inquiring about my order with no reply. I will not be buying from them again.

100% SCAM SITE, 10 days later order still says new, no reply to many emails, no answer at phone, this company is garbage and I will be disputing the charge.

10 days after order and many attempts to contact customer service for shipping confirmation or tracking info I have nothing to show for my $30.
