Took an entire month to "get" my package, the tracking number they gave me had updates in the wrong time zone, several days in between updates, and then it says my package is delivered but is NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. The genuine aelfric eden helped me out to find out this is a complete scam of a website.

Horrid! The exact day that I (finally) received my 2 items (womens tops), I requested a Return Authorization and Instructions. The items were not as described (they were printed fabric, not woven), the fabric was not what they described(knit instead of cotton) and the fit was horrible (very wide, very short) ! While they quickly responded, asking for pictures, label contents, and all other unnecessary information they replied with an offer of an additional discount to keep them instead of "having to pay for return costs". Since I didn't even know how to return them, I certainly wouldn't know what return costs were, so I turned down the offer and again request the Authorization and instructions. They have ghosted me and my MANY emails ever since (going on 3 weeks) and I will be over their "30 Day" policy in 2 days. Beware, also, that you HAVE to buy "Shipping Insurance" when you order "in case the shipment gets lost or damaged in transit". DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Lilicloth is a complete scam! I ordered some vintage women’s cloths. It took forever to come. Then their emails come and it’s by another name. Funbibi. Never heard of. The clothes arrived, and literally I was shocked! They are Nothing like the photos on their website. All the clothing is a strange print on fabric and ugly, cheap crap. I emailed to request a refund and return the items. They wanted pictures of everything, then they would make a decision. But they refused to give me their address! So I did report them to The Federal Bureau of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau. Also my credit card. They also have no place to leave reviews on their website. So stay away from this place!

Ordered 4 tops and sent 3 back as they were way to small (think they use Asian measurements) and never got credit back to my credit card for the return. There is zero customer service, and to me they are nothing but a Far East Scam. I will NEVER buy from them again!

I ordered 4 shirts on December 8th 2022. I've received 3 out 4, and only 1 is wearable, the other 2 are COMPLETE TRASH!! BUYER BEWARE!! Wish I would have read reviews prior to ordering!! They are not even WORTH 1 STAR!!! ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!!

Several items were purchased mid November with promise that they would be here for Christmas. 2 made it here the a few days after Christmas, 1 made it before Christmas and 2 are still outstanding. One stated that it made it to the U.S. and the other is STILL being processed. If you want something for Christmas 2023, I suggest you order now!

Ordered what was to be sweatshirts(2)on Nov 30th.
Received one Dec.23rd. Not a sweatshirt cheap fabric..disapponted. Here it is December 27th still haven't received second one. Will not order from them again. They sell bc of great graphic and sayings.

Quality is the worst I've ever seen, even from China. One star rating is infinitely more than the product deserves.

Received all of the items that I ordered but the quality was very poor. The fabric was very thin and really not well made.

Trash merchandise from China. Utter garbage. Cardboard shoes. It costs more to return than the actual price. This POS company should be banned from doing business in the USA .

Chinese garbage. You may think they are in North America but they are not. Don’t give them your credit card number. It WILL be sold to fraudsters. Merch is cheap GARBAGE. BUYER BEWARE!!!

It is amazing to me that companies like Lilcloth can continue to advertise their products in the U.S. and other countries, when clearly they do not send the product that is advertised. And to return the product costs more in shipping it back to China, than the actual cost of the product.

Talk about criminal activity!!!!

Also avoid Noracora as it is the same scam operation.

Ordered three dresses in April received a parcel yesterday ….. no way near what order. Two long sleeve shirts the cheapest material you can imagine. Emailed no response yet. Reading all the reviews not expecting much. Total SCAM plz be careful 😡🤬

I too, unfortunately made a purchase from this company. Been waiting a month to receive my order and it's coming in pieces. Ordered 4 shirts and they couldn't even ship them all at once. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN. Terrible service. Terrible company!!

This should be 0 stars. None of the 7 shirts we ordered fit...order cost $125...was told they had to send a return shipping label but did not receive after 6 weeks and 5 requests...returned to address on package and when emailed again after no response was told that was the wrong address. Long story short is we have no shirts, out $150 (counting shipping) and no $15 refund has been received.

Buyer Beware! Poor quality. We paid $20 for a t-shirt that would normally sell at a county fair for $5. Shipping took more than 3 weeks.

Yes, you can return the item but only in the original packaging and YOU pay the shipping charges to CHINA!

Would give them no stars if it was available but it is not. There Tee-shirts are first made in China. Second they are so thin you can see through them and third if you want to return them you have to pay shipping to Guangzhou, Guangdong, China which is like $41.00. My order was $107 so it's not worth sending back. This company is in the UK so they are doing drop shipping direct from manufacture which they do not state. Total ripoff tee-shirt quality bad, return shipping ridiculous. Do not recommend this company for tee-shirts.

Lilicloth gives the impression that they are a company based in the UK when in fact they do business out of Guangzhou, China. Any problem or returns are handled by email and by someone who does not have a conversational use of the English language. The solution to any problem is to remind you that returns are at your expense (international mailing) and that there are no guarantees or time frame as to when that will happen. The final offer they give is a 15-20% refund and again, no time frame is offered. Will not purchase from this company again.

bought 7 fun shirts and only received 4 out of 7. Left on my porch in a bag. Spent 171.00 for 7 shirts and only got 4. They have no phone number so you can`t talk to anyone. The biggest concern is all their products are made by a company which killed 4 million people world wide( china) I guess you could`t let everyone know before the purchase is made, where the products are made. Please remove me from your customer list. THANKS FOR NOTHING
