Great help from the word go
Great help from the word go, an account manager calls you once you’ve applied to explain and help with any questions from the off. The website is easy to guide around and self explanatory. This is my second loan with them and definitely recommend to my friends and family

So rubbish company
So rubbish company, loan was approved got text and email saying great news and money will be in your account by 5pm 2 days gone no money was in my acc and contacted them they have told me message was sent by an error. what a lot of bull sh... Not professional company. stay away dont waste your time guys.

Easy, fair and super quick. Excellent!
Was pre-approved via triple lock check on my credit file. I was approved, received the APR (which was a fair rate) and was given the amount I needed. Really quick application and funds were in my account within 24 hours. Likely Loans have been great so far and very helpful providing the loan I needed. Excellent experience.

Best Loan Company I have used
Helpful, easy to apply for and to keep track of what you owe and your payments. Text reminders for payments. Easy to reach customer services for support. Easy to change payment dates and they also inform you when you are able to top up a loan. It is a really good and responsible service.

Bad experience with them
Bad experience with them. I applied for a £2000 emergency loan and at first was told it was 100% approved, sent in and signed all the paperwork, only to be told a few days later that it was not accepted, with no explanation. So unprofessional, full of bias and certainly unfair. Not reliable at all.
