A sparkling review
I've recently purchased 4 items from Lights4Fun. I was a little dubious as they weren't particularly cheap, bearing in mind that you can buy battery lights very cheaply from the High Street discount shops, and they're not great.
There was a bit of an issue with delivery, which I thought was disappointing, and didn't bode well, until I spoke to somebody in Customer Services and it turn3d out to be an issue with the Couriers. The lady told me they would recall them.and send a replacement, next day, with DPD.
My order arrived and I was pleasantly surprised. Each item was extremely well packed and of the highest quality. I put batteries in and was happy to see that one of the 4 included remotes operates all 4 lights, which saves mucking about.
The orange and cinnamon fragrance oil is lovely, very autumnal, although I would like to see the fragrance ranges extended.
The only minor gripe I have is that it was impossible to find a contact number on the website, so I ended up Googling it. Despite this, I am more than happy and fully intend being a repeat customer.

It is wonderful to know that our team was able to resolve the courier delay quickly and get your replacements to you. We're really happy to hear that you were so pleased with the items when they arrived and that the remote control is so handy. We'll pass on your comments regarding a wider range of fragrance oils to our product design team.
Thanks for your comments regarding our telephone number. We'll take this on board and try to ensure a contact number is more readily available.
We'll look forward to welcoming your back to Lights4fun soon!

I've given 5 stars because the products I purchased are excellent, just what I wanted.
But! Delivery was a little erratic. Tracking said between 7-9pm which I didn't mind but he turned up at 11pm and I was in bed. Dropped on doorstep, knocked and went. Fortunately I heard him. Thanks

Nice lights but poor packaging
Lights look good and work but arrived late by evri and in a flimsy cardboard box with no packaging. Luckily they weren’t damaged.
