Order arrived quickly, good prices (did buy sale Halloween items- I have my eye on some of the Christmas lights but currently too pricey for me personally), good quality, look exactly as they did on the pics and so far working well.

No response from seller - Now resolved
UPDATE Email now from seller, apologised and is processing refund.original one star review reflected initial customer experience. Now, reflecting the resolution. Nor 5 star as I would have preferred to have the product ordered. ORIGINAL irony about being invited for a 5 star review when waiting a response from the seller on a damaged / defective item. Unable to raise issue unless ‘Chat’ is used. Sent details, photos of defective item and……..tumbleweed. Nothing. Tried to download some instructions on the product in case I am missing something obvious but this takes you to a dead link. No irony meant here in using ‘dead’ as it is a Halloween product. I have advised Lights4Fun that I am exercising my right to reject in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Not expecting anything so will give a week before progressing Section 75.

I ordered two lit up pumpkins for my table. They arrived very quickly, but unfortunately one was faulty. It was dealt with immediately and a replacement is on its way. Cant get better customer service , will definitely recommend this company
