Light Mirrors Anmeldelser

Good selection of products and reasonably priced.

There was a slight delay on the mirror that I ordered, but excellent, attentive customer service was provided by Joby. I was kept up to date and reassured. Thank you!

Jobi answered my queries promptly, delivery was prompt and the product is exactly as described and is functioning as expected.
A really positive experience in customer service

I had very good service from this company when buying a new mirror for my shower room. Alelei in customer support provided great communications and made sure that I was kept up to date with the manufacture and delivery of my mirror. Will certainly use again.

Despite a delay in dispatch the customer service from Alelei was timely and professional

Great product and company. Joby did a particularly good job of ensuring it arrived after the delivery company failed.

Their products are fabulous quality and their customer support matches that high bar.
After buying a bathroom cabinet for my previous house, I knew I had to have another in my new place.
Joby helped me with my order and made sure I was fully informed all the way. Thanks Joby!

Mirror arrived and was pretty good quality.
Manual for the mirror was a bit generic, little dimensional info provided which meant I had to use a rule to measure accurately.

Easy to install and works great.

I emailed them to ask for dimensions for the mirror (so it would be easier to line up hole centres) and they sent me the actual production schematic. Excellent service and they actually help.

I would recommend ( UK buyer).

The mirror arrived quickly, with live tracking info, and in perfect condition (it has not been installed yet but have no concerns). The level of customer service I received from Joby when I raised a query around missing out on the 5% discount code on my first purchase was outstanding - not only did Joby refund me the amount I would have saved using the discount code, Joby also then provided me with the tracking info and then checked in with me once they could see it had been delivered to make sure it had arrived as expected.

Joby was helpful, communicative and the issue was swiftly resolved

Made an order for a mirror, unfortunately was advised that due to absences in the team it would be a longer dispatch. I responded and asked the customer service representative, Alelei Umali, whether there was any possibility to expedite delivery due to us moving in and having the electricians finishing up early the following week. Alelei went over and beyond to get this to happen and was so responsive and a pleasure to speak to.

I would certainly use this company again, it’s rare to find a company with such fantastic customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Thank you Alelei and Light Mirrors!

Whilst there was a slight delay on the second mirror I ordered, this was not a problem and the news was communicated to me ahead of time to manage my expectations. Alelei did a fantastic job of regularly keeping in contact throughout and providing updates. In terms of quality, both mirrors were excellent.

Excellent services provided by Joby I was really impressed at the communication and follow up on my questions. Really appreciate such customer service 👌

Absolutely Love This Mirror!

I couldn’t be happier with this bathroom mirror! The quality is outstanding — it looks sleek and modern, and instantly upgraded the entire look of my bathroom. The LED lighting is bright but not harsh.

Installation was straightforward, we had a little chip on it but Jobi from costumer support was so polite and understanding. Help me with the replacement.
You can tell it's made from high-quality materials. I've already had a few guests comment on how nice it looks!

Highly recommend this mirror to anyone looking to add both function and style to their bathroom. Worth every penny!

I purchased a bathroom mirror which arrived quickly and was well packaged. I was impressed with the quality of the product and even more impressed with the personal touch Joby gives to the customer. I was sent a follow up email when it arrived asking if all was ok and another later to check that it was in working order. Would definitely recommend

We bought 2 mirrors from this company and all arrived safely and as expected - would purchase again

After experiencing a problem with the online payment system, Joby, from Customer Services, very promptly emailed alternative payment options. Joby also stepped in to follow up on the delay in delivery, following it through right up to its arrival. The mirror cabinet was very well packaged and arrived in very good condition. Thanks Joby for your continued attention throughout my purchase.

Great mirror, exactly what we wanted. Job did a great job or keeping me updated with delivery timings when there was a delay in delivery & in checking the mirror had arrived and was as expected. Thank you.

Excellent service, polite and helpful staff especially Joby

We had an issue with delivery that Joby helped to resolve and kept us updated on a regular basis, monitoring progress and letting us know. Great Services from Joby

The light mirrors that I ordered look amazing and I had fantastic customer support from Alelei when one of my packages went missing in transit.
