I would go anywhere to get his advice and excellent customer service

While the customer service was GREAT the return policy is not user friendly. I should of read the fine print. I have purchased from other company's and they take a return back no problem no charge. Gregory charges up to 25% per item I could of purchased the same fixtures elsewhere and should of but I did not read the fine print it was my fault but the policy is not competitive sad for me good for Gregory

Sales is great, but customer service and follow is unreliable and very frustrating.

Great service in the store friendly with a sense of humor

Order was shipped immediately and timely received.

I ordered Lightolier track heads and snoots. I was told when I ordered that the track heads were in stock and the snoots had to be ordered. I was not given any time frame for the snoots. I was billed and paid for the full order via credit card at the time of ordering. I received the track heads quickly. After a month I called LBG about the snoots, left a voice mail and never heard back. After five weeks I called, spoke to my LBG salesperson and was told that customer service would call me back, but no one called. After six weeks I called and was told the snoots would not be delivered for another ten weeks. All this time (four months) LBG will have had the benefit of my payment for the snoots

I have dealt with Ed Silverii for many years (since he worked at another lighting store) and have always found him helpful and honest. So, I continue that relationship without any reservation. That said, I was in the store one day when Ed was not there and another colleague of his (who had also worked at that same prior place) was equally informative and helpful.

Everyone at Gregory was very helpful as well as patient as we made our selections and purchase.

Everyone from customer service to the sales teams was very helpful. I found that on weekends, there are not enough sales people to help customers. I had to wait for an available sales person.

Viviane was very helpful in assisting us with the purchase of fans and lightening. When our first choice was not available she proactively looked for possible replacements. She was also very pleasant and responsive. Thank you!

Spent $10,243 over 5 invoices for renovation

Returned $134 for store credit, spent inordinate amount of time having this checked and re-checked before leaving the store, had to sign for the credit, which I did.

Returned to pick up trims (to replace trims I was incorrectly advised to buy, and which I haven't returned) and to use store credit. Because of a discrepancy in the (invisible to me) computer vs the well checked and rechecked invoice, that I went over with staff back when it was originally received, and that I signed when I originally returned the items. What should have been 5 minutes to pick up tris using store credit, turned out to be an hour, with my issued and signed store credit taken upstairs. It was revised downwards by less than $10. Arbitrary. Untrustworthy (I was there and went over the returned items for which I received the credit, and now didn't have this prior paperwork on me). After greater than $10,000 spent, truly petty. Disgustingly petty. Will decline the charge with AmEx. You wasted my time and the time of your staff over less than $10 that I promise you will not get. And lost me forever. What is wrong with you?
