types, many styles. I was fortunate to have Rick Weirich as my salesperson. He is knowlegeble and directed me toward the products
that I was interested in. He was also thorough in explaining the pros and cons of each product.

Our experience working with Lighting By Gregory i'll admit was quite challenging. The sales rep we worked with was responsive and willing to help, however didn't seem to understand what we were looking for (even considering we included photos to accompany a detailed description), and ended up ordering the incorrect parts for us. Then, when the orders were delivered impartially, was unsure of where the remaining parts were and even when they'd be delivered. We ended up having to return all the items because they didn't arrive in time and were incorrect pieces, and we only were able to receive a store credit however WITH a restocking fee, so we were out even more. We were only told when we tried to return them that they were "special order" pieces and that they couldn't be refunded -- we were not made aware of this when originally purchasing the items. At the end, our clients were frustrated at the mishap and the whole process was just difficult.

I recently bought 6 puck lights from Gregory Lighting. The manufacturer was Edge Lighting. As soon as we installed them, we noticed that the lights emitted light differently. The orb, the color temperature and everything was different between them. After voicing our concerns, GL replaced - first one, then all of them - to ensure that all would shine the same way. I couldn't be happier now. Good customer service! Fast too.

Very happy with the new lighting we purchased from Lighting By Gregory. Detail is so important when doing a renovation and the staff was so helpful. You may save a few dollars shopping elsewhere but LBG delivers great advice & super service...the folks there are truly lighting pros!!

I'm an architect in the city - this is my favorite lighting store for residential fixtures at a range of prices from modest to heart-stopping. They mostly stock tasteful modern and contemporary fixture; not the goofy stuff- the timeless stuff. They know their products, and were great on my recent project at communicating with me on both the sales and delivery ends of the job.

The expertise and recommendations and help with expediting delivery have been invaluable to my interior design business. I send special thanks to James for bending over backwards to help make miracles happen.

Received adequate assistance in selecting a light fixture displayed on the floor but not in stock. When paying, I asked return policy and discovered what I was buying was a "special order " and as such not returnable. Crazy that an item featured on the floor is not returnable. I'd understand if it was in a catalog and not on display. Anyway, that argument left me feeling regret about the purchase. Think it's just a bad business practice and should be stopped. While I ultimately was pleased with product I will not return to a store that won't accept returns on items they openly display.
