They are made using a dual-extraction process (hot water and alcohol) to draw out both the water-soluble and alcohol-soluble compounds from each mushroom, a standard method used across the industry for high-quality extracts. The alcohol present is part of the extraction and preservation process and is clearly disclosed on our labels for transparency.

The term “flavouring” on the label refers to the natural flavour that results from the extraction itself, not artificial additives, and does not mean the product is not an extract.
