Hi Jack,
Thank you for your review, and we’re sorry to hear about the delay with your order.
We noticed that you hadn’t contacted our customer service directly, but after seeing your review we immediately investigated the situation. It turned out that the original delivery attempt was unfortunately unsuccessful. As soon as we identified this, we created a replacement shipment for you, which has since been successfully delivered.
We always encourage customers to reach out to our support team if something doesn’t seem right, as we’re more than happy to help and resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Thanks again for your feedback, and we hope you enjoy your order!

It often happens that the cans arrive…
It often happens that the cans arrive damaged, and while the company used to send us a new package in these cases, solving the problem, now they credit a voucher to your account on the website, but this doesn't cover shipping costs, making the whole thing a bit annoying.
Edit: *Tax Costs (not shipping)

Thank you so much for your message, I completely understand your point. Please don’t worry about shipping costs, as shipping is always free for gyms.
As we agreed last Thursday, we added credit to your account with your consent, so I was a little surprised by the rating you just gave us. That said, your feedback is truly valuable to us.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out in the future if anything comes up or if you’d like to share your thoughts, our team is always happy to help and listen 🙂

Paying for the looks
Shipped quickly and the products look and taste very good.
The price however is so high (for example of the electrolytes and creatine) that I am not sure I will order it again.
