Keith was just great, incredibly fast response on New Year's Day. He explained with sensitivity that my VPN had expired due to its being in my husband's name (he has recently passed away and his bank account closed). He explained exactly what I should do to reinstate the account, and within minutes it was up and running again. I continue to be impressed with the great customer service from LibertyShield.
