I Placed an order on Monday October 13th through eBay- buy it now for 20 silver eagle 2024 coins $1027.00. This was my 4th order in less then a month from Liberty same item- same buy it now price. Seller sent my items. While items were in route and to be delivered on Wednesday the 16th the seller re-routed my shipment back to themselves. This I confirmed through fed ex. They claim they rerouted my order due to a “pricing error”. The price of silver rose slightly while my items were in route- this is not my fault. The seller believes the items are worth more and can sell them for a higher price (which they did)so they re-routed my shipment back to themselves and cancelled the auction and then listed the coins for a higher price. As I stated I have purchased the same 20 coins 5 days prior and also purchased 2 coins at a time twice in the prior weeks. I left this seller appropriate negative feedback which they quickly deleted. Big sellers on eBay can control their feedback. I found this out through a BBB complaint that I filed against eBay because of this sellers fraudulent activity. I have proof and receipts of all purchases and fed ex tracking showing Liberty rerouting my shipment. This is fraud. This is greed.

I am seeking assistance regarding Liberty Coin's failure to send 'GOLD' and their subsequent refusal to accept responsibility. The weight mismatch of the certified letter's content, as verified by FedEx,”EMPTY PACKAGE “suggests a brushing scam. A class-action lawsuit is in consideration in Rhode Island!

I placed my very first order with this company online on Tuesday. The website says it would take 2 or 3 days to process the order. Friday morning the delivery was made. Never spoke to a single person at the company at any time. I was nervous until my order arrived. You never know what will happen when you order from someone you have never ordered from before. All the negative thoughts entered my mind. Are they legitmate? Are they really reputable? Am I going to get the product that I ordered? Thankfully the answers were yes, yes, and yes. The only thing that I was not made aware of was that the package would be shipped using a discreet label for privacy and security purposes. It was a little confusing because I had three other packages scheduled to arrive the same day. I am very happy with my order from this company and I do recommend giving them a try. John 3:16

I brought in some coins and some silver scrap and took a number...and waited. And waited. And....waited. Until my number was finally called! I sat in front of the gentleman who was only interested in scraping everything I brought. He wasn't very friendly and I was rushed to the point of him grabbing the pile in front of me I was looking thru and as he quickly thumbed thru my collection, Tossing the silver and gold off to one side and the copper and bronze to the other as he explained to me what was real and what was fake. None of it is fake... I've been to other shops for years now just to get opinions on what I should or should not turn in to be graded. I would have scheduled and appointment to come and speak with someone as the website says, but it must need updating because I was told they don't do appointments. After all was said and done, and I politely explained that I wasn't scraping all of my coins that he tossed about, only the scrap metals and a few coins I brought in, I decided it was best to not have him look at my already graded materials or the possible error coins I wanted a second opinion on. Im going to avoid going back at all cost.
