I recently refinanced through Luis…

I recently refinanced through Luis Avalos, and the entire experience was completely stress-free from start to finish. Luis professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were exceptional. Everything was handled smoothly, quickly, and with no complications at all.

I give him 100/100 — truly five-star service.
I will definitely be recommending Luis to family, friends, and anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable broker.

Excellent service by Luis (Liberty Broker)

Luis was very proactive and professionally dealt with my application. Excellent Broker with great service. Good communication as he provided update every day and achieved a best results in the end. Definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you :-)

Helpful and patient. He went above and beyond to help us through the purchasing process. Always me up to date with the status for my loan.

Above and Beyond Expectations

Luis went above and beyond to help us get our first home. He was always contactable, including after hours and on the weekend. He happily answered the million questions we had in a way that was easy to understand.
He helped us get into the best position possible prior to application so we could get the best deal with the bank.
When issues arose with the bank, Luis worked around the clock to resolve them and we were able to get our keys prior to the determined settlement, as we had hoped. Will be recommending Luis to anyone who needs assistance getting a loan, we wouldn’t have been able to get the house we did without him.

Luis did a great job in helping us with our Home Loan application, he did his best to help us apply with the bank that will give us a reasonable rate. It helps us a lot and lessens our burden of paying a very high rate from our previous Lender. Thank you so much, Luis.

I have been happy with the service…

I have been happy with the service provided by Luis in helping me with my loan application, that has had numerous changes and setbacks due to the developer. Luis is very professional and understanding.

I would definitely recommend Luis to other potential customers.
