I purchased the Mini Jet from Lexxola over six months ago and absolutely loved using it while traveling. Not only is it adorable, but it's also incredibly practical for packing on trips. Unfortunately, the zipper popped off while I was using it and I was so disappointed. Thankfully, when I reached out to Lexxola’s customer service, they sent me a replacement at no extra cost. I truly couldn’t recommend this brand more! They were very quick to respond and extremely kind and helpful!

First time ordering from Lexxola, the whole experience could not have been more disappointing. I ordered a pair of Bella sunglasses, I was so excited because the quality looked fantastic on the website. They arrived, packed in a plastic bag in a box. No case, or protective cover, absolutely shocking for the price. I contacted the customer service team who told me there should have been a ‘soft velvet pouch’, this was missing. As I was not happy to spend over £100 on sunglasses, with nothing to protect them and part of the order missing, I asked to send them back, after some back and forth, the customer service team agreed. I’ve just received a notice of the refund, and they are refusing to refund the initial £6 postage that I paid, further disappointment! Why I should be out of pocket because of their error is beyond me, and against the consumer rights act, I am entitled to a full refund including original postage. They are now ignoring me and I’ve been left out of pocket. Do yourself a favour and avoid them, there are so many other brands out there providing good service, who care about their customers and don’t screw them over.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My order is # 493800. I do all of my shopping online and I have dealt with so many different business. With that being said, this is by far my worst experience with a business. I placed my order over two weeks ago now and still don’t have my order. First off it was next to impossible to get someone from customer service to answer my emails. Once they finally did, they told me that the hold up was because they needed to charge 30% of my order to me just to get my package due to the tariffs. Nowhere on their website did they have any mention of tariffs. Also on their website they advertise 2 to 3 day shipping. I let them know that I would pay the tariff but I just wanted my order shipped today. They emailed me a couple days later saying that they no longer have to charge the tariff however They still didn’t ship my order. Two days ago I get an email saying they ship my order, but it doesn’t have a tracking. I emailed them for a tracking number and also check the status of my order and it also says confirmed, but that has not shipped. They then email me back saying that they don’t have the tracking number yet. If you actually shipped my order, wouldn’t you have a tracking number? My order was for two pairs of glasses and a case. So this was a pretty expensive order and should have been treated with more care. Also, their customer service is next to impossible to speak with, and they give no sort of Explanation for what is taking so long. At this point, I pretty much begged them to get my order to me and I still have heard nothing. I really needed these eyeglasses as my previous ones broke and I need them to see. Like I said they have offered no way to make it up to me and I still don’t have my order. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and at this point I would never order from this brand unless they make it right

I couldn't get a refund on my order because they say when they do some sales you can only get a gifcard if you don't like the glasses... It's writen in very small in a corner of the website where you cant' see.
+ I got huge amount of taxes and they didn't indicate on the checkout !
+ I don't like the quality of the glasses...

The best customer service i’ve had in a while! I bought a pair of sunglasses but they didn’t suit my face. I requested an exchange but unfortunately the ones i wanted had gone out of stock by the time my initial pair had arrived with lexxola. Emily at customer gave me full clarity on the matter and was able to provide a great solution for me. I completely forgot to reply to the email for quite a few months, but when i did, there were no questions asked or objections. I don’t usually do reviews but i was so impressed that i had too. With shopping services being so fast pace nowadays its nice when you get companies that actually take time with you, so thank !

Especially when they offer 10% off just for adding something to the cart!

Lexxola’s customer service team was really helpful when I had trouble getting my package delivered, and even promptly sent a replacement when I explained the issue. They replied to emails quickly, answered my questions, and I feel like they “went the extra mile”- plus I love my new sunglasses!

I recently bought glasses, they didnt fit and i wanted to return it, they made it it literally impossible to do that by not accepting and offering gift cards, not offering free returns (its 8 pounds). they dont even have that system online you have to send an email, dont shop here if you are not sure about the model, very bad customer service
