Good at first. But fresh problems have cropped up as each difficulty is solved - and there has been no response over last few days to what's gone wrong. I still await your further help.

As a club admin for the London marathon I was having issues allocating places with links failing and possibly user error - fast response from LDT and all sorted in under 24hrs so my runners now have their places sorted

Great response, fast and efficient

Booked QE Olympic Park 10k through this site. Turned up today. Nobody in sight. Nothing. Came all the way from Devon and stayed overnight. No contqct. No email to say its cancelled. Nothing. Now looking at the website it says cancelled. Why wasn't I informed and why haven't I been given a refund? Now I need a refund and compensation. Terrible service. Such a shame as I booked a race every weekend and thought I could trust this company. Clearly not.
Avoid

I wanted to check and ensure that my husband and I were signed up and fully paid for the Honolulu Marathon. I wasn't able to confirm on the website fully to my satisfaction so I emailed customer service. I got a response from their representative, Manuel, and he was so kind and helpful and professional! I was very, very pleased with the level of service I received from him and from the organization! Mahalo nui loa from Hawai'i!

Thank you for reaching out with the survey. I appreciate the work the Let’s Do This app does to help runners schedule and discover events, but I wanted to share an important issue I experienced.

Recently, my dashboard showed that I had secured an entry into the 2026 London Marathon, and the app even posted this update on my page. Naturally, I was excited — only to later find out that it was an error and I never actually received an entry. That was extremely disappointing and confusing.

To prevent this from happening to other runners, I strongly recommend removing or disabling any “entry confirmed” notifications on user dashboards until the lottery results are fully finalized and verified. Runners invest a lot of time, energy, and emotion into these events, so accuracy is crucial.

Thank you for considering this feedback. I hope it helps improve the experience for everyone in the running community.

Dealt with Manuel for help in accessing my account - they were very quick with suggestions about how to fix my issue (I had multiple logins somehow), and everything worked perfectly when they asked me to try again.

Found them very helpful when I had a problem with my account.

Booked an event.. but my email confirmation didn’t come through, emailed LDT and they quickly confirmed that my registration and payment was received and resent the confirmation email..
Love this company as the event prices are not only very good value, but on race days they are also superbly organised and marshalled 👌

Frankie was quick and helpful! Their initial response was almost immediate and my issue was resolved in under an hour, it would've been quicked if I was wathcing my email.
