Abysmal at best, very long, unexplained lead times and did not pay out cashback from Topcashback. Go elsewhere, these are the very worst of retailers, in my experience. Also note from Trustpilot, when around 3 terrible reviews for this retailer are published then out of the wide, blue yonder appears several glowing reviews. Whilst my middle name is neither Sherlock nor Hercule, I am not a believer of this sort of coincidence and might unkindly suggest that they may had been written as a riposte which must be unethical and which would fit in with their unacceptable business practices as detailed by any number of let down clients!! Go else where, in fact anywhere else!!

I ordered a month ago and after chasing 3 times they tell me that my goods are not in stock and that they will have to order it and its another 8 - 10 working days. Beware of this company they say that its ready to ship but its not.

I ordered contact lenses that were clearly marked as being in stock and ready for dispatch only to receive an email after 3 weeks that my order is cancelled because their supplier wont deliver!

I have used this website in the past and had no problems although this was several years ago . Like others I ordered a large supply of lenses and have heard and received nothing since . I am going to contact the BBC watchdog programme who will hopefully investigate further and give them some much needed bad publicity . I have had to reorder from another much more reliable website as have only 2 lenses left for Festive Season .

I ordered lenses on 11 Dec. Dispatch is supposed to be 3-5 working days. Received a confirmation email and replied to establish if they could process the order more quickly as I only had a short supply of lenses left. received an email on 12th December from Jane in 'Customer Services" to advise that they would be dispatched in 3-5 days. Yeah, thanks for that.

On 14th Dec I received an email telling me my order had been processed and would be dispatched on 19 December - 8 days after placing the order. I emailed to express my dissatisfaction and received a response advising me that they had 'an unavoidable delay from the vendor side on certain shipments' and this had delayed my order. Why they couldn't have told me that at the point of order or even in response to my email requesting earlier dispatch so I could get the lenses elsewhere is beyond me. I have replied to make these points but received no response. Dreadful service and zero customer care. I would not use this company again.

I've just written off the money I lost on an undelivered order to experience. I don't have time to chase or ask for a refund any more. Kept being told overdue order would arrive in 2-3 days. Finally was told they'd sent the order to the courier and so, as far as they were concerned, that was the end of it.

I have used Lensplanet a few times before and always for the same brand of lenses however I my latest experience has left me, not only disappointed, but angry at their lack of customer service.

I placed an order on 11January 2016, on 26/01/16 I contacted them as I hadn't received my order. They replied with 'unavoidable delay, delivery within3-4 working days'. Fine I thought. After a week I sent another email on 03/02/16; they responded on 04/02/16 saying will ship in '1-2 days', again, fine I thought. My email on 10/02/16 to them was responded with ;Your lenses are currently on back order and should ship out in the next week'.

Have now given them almost two months and still no delivery. Lets hope the refund comes prior to me having to issue legal proceedings.

Ordered my contact lenses on the 2nd of March. Not yet received it 10 days after, Vs 3-5 days announced by lensplanet.
Absolutely no answer to my emails, no phone number available for this company.
And when I og on my account I cannot track my orders, they all disappeared !!
Avoid this website, and it is not the cheapest !

I've had no problems so far and I've placed my orders with Lensplanet for about 2 years. The website is based in the UK and I live in Denmark. Agreed, their delivery service is quite slow - I normally receive my lenses 2-3 weeks after I've placed my order - but you can plan your way out of that and prizes are a lot lower than in Denmark.

Lensplanet seems to have chosen an ineffective delivery supplier. I was informed that my order was shipped on 31st of juli 2015. Lensplanet told me I would receive my order within 4-6 working days. On 25th of August I still have not received my lenses. I have been contacting Lensplanet on 10th / 12th / 14th / 24th / 25th of August. Since 12th of August I have asked Lensplanet to pay back the already paid amount (paid by creditcard) according their own policy. Instead Lensplanet asked me on 25th of August whether I experienced any delays at out local post office??? Actually Lensplanet have a good policy (terms & conditions) - however Lensplanet does not follow there own defined terms & conditions. Be careful with Lensplanet. I have written a letter to the card aquirer offering Lensplanet card services - I am so disappointed. Thx god I paid by credit card so I can reclaim the payment.

Good service, easy to order and got my lenses quicker than expected.

Fast and accurate delivery, very simple. Couldn't really ask for more.

I have used them for some years and have always found their service excellent. on the one occasion they were out of stock (about 3 years ago), my queries were answered promptly, and they delivered when they said they would.

No problems, delivery in 5 days. Good service would use again.

Do not hold your breath waiting for delivery if at all.Items will never arrived although they claim they will be despatched and delivered within 2 to 3 days.No phone contact exists and will not respond to emails with any confirmation or delivery details but they will remove funds from your account in minutes !

I have used Lensplanet for years. Their delivery used to be very slow but is much better recently. Each time I shop around I always seem to come back to Lensplanet as they are the cheapest available! Now that their delivery speed is better I won't even bother shopping around next time!

When you make the purchase everything is very deceiving. They tell you a price on your receipt and when you look at your statement its a whole different amount. Mine was $50 more than what it said. It's been a week and i have not heard a thing! It says order ships in 3 to 5 days.. its been 7.

Ok lensplanet I'm not ignorant YOUR estimate was way off i know it charged me in euros and at the bottom it said approximately $117 American dollars so i said ok. I looked at my bank at it was $50 more. I emailed you and said i was wrong and that you charge in euros... no no no you guys are sneaky i have the email that says EUROS! And you gave me A PARTIAL REFUND I DIDNT EVEN GET ALL MY MONEY BACK! YOU KEPT SOME OF MY MONEY! DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE! BUYER BEWARE! IT'S NOT WORTH IT!

Delivered in time, exactly what I ordered and cheaper than in pharmacies

the service was great, took some time to dispatch though.
