They give free products to animals killers. Wouldn’t touch them as a brand as they do not have good ethics. They are contributing to the violence of animals.

I received a pair of there ridding leggings for Christmas and after the secound time I wore them they ripped I emailed them about this and they said they could do nothing about this. Terrible customer service.

I absolutely LOVE LeMieux, they are a worldwide brand, as well as being the best in the world! Amazing colours, fabulous quality, and new editions often! What’s not to like? My family and I all love this brand with its amazing sales and excellent deals, in fact I just got the LeMieux Harlow waterbottle for free with my purchase! Softmint and Spearmint are my absolute favourite colours and I will be getting the saddle pad’s for Christmas, I buy from LeMieux so often, and you should too if you want good quality, a fresh, lovely choice of colours and beautiful handmade products. Five stars!

Excellent products. Ignore all the fancy colour coding and fashiony presentation. It is irritating but everything I have bought (base layers, whips, numnahs, hat silks, bandages, etc )has been top quality. And a numnah I ordered yesterday arrived today. I can’t comment on customer service. I haven’t ever had any issues but I will continue to buy from them knowing the quality will be good.

Excellent customer service- emailed about a slight fault with two turnout rugs which had been bought the previous year (fantastic rugs other than this tiny fault). Kelly was very quick to respond and less than week later I had two brand new replacements arrive! Could not have ask for better, outstanding customer service, thank you!

The waterproof trousers I bought from Lemieux were absolutely rubbish. I ordered them in a XS and let's just say. they would fit a size 16. Ridiculous sizing. if you area skinny slight person, do not buy.they look strange. the product number is: IT02126.

Great customer service from employee “Sophie”. I had a time sensitive delivery issue which Sophie handled wonderfully. She was able to resolve the issue for me within a couple of hours.

Honestly over the moon with this company amazing customer service for such a big company , absolutely love there products and after an issue with some surcingles for a rug which was completely my fault they went over and above on there customer services

Terrible customer service. Bought 1 pair of socks and at checkout stated it was free delivery. Assumed there was some kind of offer as I know usually you have to pay more for free delivery. Put my card details in. As the payment was being processed and blue processing circle was twirling suddenly delivery cost was added! This shocked me but what shocked me more was reply from customer services basically telling me this was not possible. I saw it with my own eyes! Be careful makes me shudder to think you can put your card details information 1 amount and be charged something totally different

Awful products - do not buy horse boots

They are poorly made and do no last. I bought gel tendon and fetlock boots - poor service and the straps snap off.
Dont waste your money as you get no where with customer services.
Agree with earlier comment that some products are poor quality, made cheaply and dont last.

I bought a riding coat as a Christmas present. Unfortunately it was too small , but the coat was exchanged for a larger size without quibble. An acknowledgement of the return was given within 3 days of return and the replacement coat received within a further week. Customer service and communication - excellent.

Awful products. The whole brand is focused around overpricing and marketing to young impressionable children and adults. The products are poor quality and tacky

Not very happy with the customer srvice I have received spent a lot of money on Christmas presents and was told they have a backlog and the only help they can give me is to get in touch on 18 Dec of items have not arrived. They are presents for Christmas so how is that helpful. As they won't arrive in time for Christmas. No offer to help or investigate before this. Pretty disgraceful for a company who says it has the best horse products. There customer service does not match up at all !!
