Leisure Lakes Bikes - Wolverhampton Anmeldelser

Helpful staff and good e-mail communication. The bike was quickly prepared and delivered to my door.

Dave was a massive help in giving me advice on my new bike ! Would highly recommend

Not heard anything about my 6 week free service yet.. will call in soon and book

Very helpful staff, looking forward to buying from them again.

Great prices. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Best price around for the the products I was after, they arrived quickly, well packaged and as described.

The Thule Bike Protectors are just what I needed so I now know our bikes will not touch when transporting them on the bike rack.

I ordered my bike online. It was delivered within a week. The driver who delivered my bike explained everything about it. With excellent friendly customer service.

Products arrived on time.

I have found the staff in the West Bromwich shop less than helpful.

So I went in for some chain de-greaser and as you do started looking at the bikes leisure lakes has to offer.
I had my eyes on an E-MTB.
A Specialized Turbo Levo SL.
I approached the tills and spoke with Dave.
Dave was/is awesome! He spent nearly three hours with me discussing the bike in question and his own experience with E-MTB’s.
The advice and information given was honest and sound.
I had a great shopping experience, Dave is a credit to the company.
I have the bike and it’s bloody lovely!
Oh and I forgot the De-greaser.

If you’re in need of a new MTB, Leisure Lakes West Brom is THE place to go. Mike and the team could not have accommodated me anymore. The bike was set up and ready to go on my arrival and then configured in store to suit my size, weight, and riding style etc. The store is massive and will cater for all your MTB needs. I will definitely go back to the West Brom store for some protective equipment. The experience was ‘MEGA’ just like the Nukeproof I purchased. Thanks again.

Excellent service would recommend using leisure lakes bikes in the future

Awesome people, great knowledge and wicked products can’t fault the place. Shout out to the store and staff will be going again!

Really easy brilliant efficient website, made buying the bike a breeze. Couple that with delivery updates and its a winner in my eyes .

Online order for in store collection. Product as described on the website, in and out in 5 mins, can't complain.
