Leisure Lakes Bikes - Nottingham Anmeldelser

Looking for good prices and quality equipment send to You on time? These are the people.

Great products, as described, and shipped in good time. Can’t ask for more really

Bought a Nukeproof Scout from these guys and they were brilliant throughout the process.

The bike had to go back to them after a few issues and they were resolved straight away with no hassle, will definitely be using again 👍

these guys can't do enough for people when they go to the shop.
amazing choice not my local shop but always travel to go here if i need anything

We had difficulty rearranging a suitable delivery time and when the bike was delivered we had to purchase expensive tools to assemble the pedals.
We weren’t informed that this would be necessary and I think it would be a really useful service to offer to do this installation and put the pedals on when the bike is delivered.

Ordered my E-Bike recently and was given a delivery date which was 9 days after the order date.
Got a phonecall 2 days later to say it would be delivered personally by Leisure Lakes instead of parcel force which was a bonus.
Very helpful staff.

Great bike, good price, built by Cytech qualified mechanics.

Fantastic service - bike arrived quickly and fully assembled. Thank you!

The product is amazing and the purchase was quick and simple. The staff weren’t welcoming, appeared rude and off putting when I went into the store to collect, this ruined the experience .

Friendly staff and very helpful. Wide selection of bikes and accessories.

I placed my order on Wednesday and the bike was delivered on Friday evening. The bike was perfectly set up and ready to hit the trails at the weekend. Great service.

Excellent quality items at a good price, free delivery and very helpful staff when I ordered the wrong size by mistake 5***** all round.

Always helpful and well stocked and no pressure from staff when visiting which is great when just wanting to browse.

Bought my 2022 Trek Allant E-bike from the Nottingham branch last Saturday, I was very happy with the way I was dealt with, the bike was set up nicely and the staff were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Very impressed overall, a pleasure to deal with.

Great service, will go again.

Cracking service from start to finish. Used my cycle to work certificate with ease online to purchase my bike and it got dispatched and delivered before the expected date. Perfect 😁

Fantastic Service, Brilliant Staff.

Great service from the Breaston shop. Price matched a Laufey, ordered and in store to collect 2 days later. Really helpful staff member handed the bike over, delighted!

Fast service, my item wasn't damaged while being delivered
