Superb customer service supplied by Andy at lthe Bury store. Quite a big spend with lots of different components and clothing that took some getting together but Andy was a real pro and got everything sorted out.

A wide range of products, and all the staff are great, very helpful 👍🏻

From the moment I ordered the bike we were kept informed about the progress. Very friendly and helpful from beginning to end.

Visited the shop for the first time a couple of weeks ago for my son, and want to say how helpful Angie was. Nothing was to much trouble!
Thank you!

I wanted a bike that would give some assistance especially on the hills. Its very hilly where I live. I received good advice and was shown several electric bikes and their attributes were pointed out carefully. I made my choice and absolutely delighted with the choice I made.
There was a niggle after it had been delivered and Leisure Lakes dealt with it promptly and I was very please with the outcome.
The staff that looked after me throughout the store from buying the bike and the delivery, to the sales for a new seat and helmet were very knowledgeable helpful and friendly.
At 75 it has opened up my cycling life and I love the bike I bought. Hills are no problem for me.
