Straight forward every time I have used this service,never had any kind of problem. Great service.

Really easy to find, lots of spaces available and good pricing. ANP entry makes it easy to come and go and lots of cctv around. Buses running 10 mins to and from the airport

Leeds Bradford airport is so easy to navigate to we have stayed in mid - short and long and all are great they are making lots of new changes and it’s lovely to see a change especially with the new pathways and lounges

Clear directions, easy to find and to park- plenty of spaces considering it is peak travel time (August). Shuttle bus efficient and staff great. A fabulous experience.

Terrible. I get that Long Stay is further away so thats not it. But the signage is almost non existent. Endless walking to find the right zone, awful drive as Exit signs are nowhere near enough. Shuttle Bus was no use I walked to Long Stay from terminal before I saw first bus. LBA a great airport badly let down by parking experience

Outbound flight from LBA 9/8/26
Arrived in plenty of time and had fast track. First obstacle was checking a case with Ryan air. All automated now no one giving guidance except ‘you need to tag your bag first’. Figured it out eventually but for people who don’t do phones this would be very difficult. Went to put case on belt where the Ryan air representative was busy chatting to her colleague, managed to say ‘passport’ and there was a scanner on the desk so I put it in there as she had happily gone back to chatting……..she broke off to say ‘passport’ again so I handed it to her where she continued chatting! Where has customer service gone?
Walks to terminal which was packed, my app showed which gate - gate 10 so I walks down to find where it was
No seating - gate is size of a large broom cupboard no windows - but never mind I decided to plonk myself on the floor as my hand luggage was very heavy. Another airline representative then spotted a couple going to do the same and stated….‘you can’t sit down here you need to be able to see the screens’ - so I toddled back upstairs where finding a seat was impossible almost! Found one could see comfortably 4 screens - NOT ONE of these more accessible central screens had departure information- they had adverts! So unable to see a screen it meant getting up and walking to said screen, upon which you inevitably lost your fought for seat!!! Really not ideal LBA! Whilst I understand it’s ‘summer’ the experience could have been made simpler by just using many more of the screens which are there and not utilized for what am sure they were intended!
On a plus - the fast track was worth the money as cut the queueing out.

Always great, convenient parking at Leeds/Bradford airport. Mid-stay within 5 minutes walking distance.
Also no long queues for passport control and security gates.

After parking up a shuttle arrived within minutes and when we landed there was one waiting. The lady driving was a joy 😊

Check-in area far too small - luggage was being piled up at the side of the desks and not enough machines to print luggage labels.
New lounge area looks good but the wooden slatted seats are far too uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. Not enough toilets - the ones in the entrance to the terminal seem to have vanished.
Long wait for baggage retrieval on return.

Very convenient for departing, a little walk after arrivals, but overall service very good, staff efficient and helpful.

Easy to book, easy to find. The shuttle bus to & from the terminal was quick and friendly. A faultless process.

Everything was great, booking process was simple, long stay car park easy to find and access on arrival, shuttle buses frequent with friendly and helpful drivers.
It’s great that the car parks are divided into zones (e.g. 9B) making it easier to locate vehicles on return, but the zones are still quite big so this can still take a few minutes, which is ok if it’s fine but not great if it’s pouring down. Maybe the zones could be sub-divided into smaller areas with an extra number added to the sign, e.g. 9B1, 9B2, 9B3 and 9B4. This would make it quicker and easier to locate vehicles.

We have used meet and greet once before at LBA which was not perfect but far better than this time. Whilst i appreciate there is building works at the airport it was not what i would class as meet and greet. From dropping the car off we had quite a distance to walk to enter the terminal there were 3 adults 1 5 year old 5 cases plus hand luggage. The return experience was worse as it entailed a longer distance walk. I paid nearly £300 was it value for money absolutely not.

Easy to book, easy to park, easy commute between the bus and the terminal.

Easy to book and at a reasonable price, easy entry and exit system with no plate recognition

We Always now use ‘premium short stay’ at Leeds Bradford for our holidays away, don’t know why we didn’t do it before, it’s so easy, just across from the airport entrance, no messing, no tickets, straight in and out with their photo camera, and on your way. So worth it.

We always use this parking when using the airport. Good transport to the terminal. Had problems with barriers recognising car reg this time, but dealt with quickly on our exit.
