Good products, prompt service

Bought a MT14 torch very good quality and amazing power and very bright also was very quick delivery would reccomend also loved the free torch as well

The is about the X21R: recharges well. Light is brilliant. I use this for night time walks, is there any other time it needs to be used? Temperature of Minus 2 in Herts, UK on 9th January 2021. IT FAILED! Cut out and left me in danger! IT DOES NOT OPERATE AT -20! IT DOESN'T OPERATE AT -2! The battery indicator was displaying almost full, so IT WAS NOT the battery or user! Got home placed in warm place and bingo light was useable. The carrying strap seems to disconnect (always has) when worn and due to rubbing against clothing or the body! So you invariably have to carry it in your hand! IT's WHEN THINGS are challenging in the environment that you want things to be great! THIS COST £399! YES!! £399 POUNDS! WHEN the temperature drops you want something (advertised as useful at lower temperatures) to WORK! This product its unreliable. I urge you not to buy unless for a summer camping holiday. This product could endanger YOUR LIFE!

Lend arrived as a Christmas present.

very speedy delivery & well packaged.
the torch cases are well made & look the part too.

Excellent product, excellent service.
Would highly recommend.

Great product. German engineering. Very prompt despatch and next day delivery. Not cheap, but the best rarely is.

Tried to claim on warranty, which seemed to go ok but then was told my issue was out of warranty and speaking to another person after get a replacement part, they then said it was probably the battery caused the issue, after speaking to the second person who was very unhelpful. my issue was the power button screw that stuck to battery compartment came away from housing which i then couldn't get the battery compartment out. after following instructions to use wd40 and to try to pull it out.

I use the torch every day and put Duracell batteries in so in cant be a leaky battery as only new batteries had put in a month of two before.

The 7 year Warranty is useless unless you get a faulty power button. and will cost you a lot to send back to them.

lost all respect for Lenser after be a loyal customer for 10 years and multiple torches.

brought from another brand now and wow worth the change.

I had to wait a long time for the MH8 charger to come back in stock but once it was ordered it arrived quickly and in small enviro friendly packet.

I purchased the neo 10r for running, previously having had the neo 4, it's a much brighter light at 600 lumens, although the battery pack appears bulky I haven't noticed it to be so when out on short runs. Handy being rechargeable too. Very pleased with prompt delivery and a free key fob light included.

I ordered a couple of LedLenser flashlights, surely the best money can buy. Not for the first time, the service and delivery were first class, as was the product. Look no further.

Expensive but this torch oozes quality. Adjustable light to flood/spot. Easy to use and recharge. I use it at home, out and about and at my caravan.
Recommended product.

Beautiful little torch, I'm using it for running in the morning and evenings in winter, a pure beam with no scatter makes the road in front very clear and easy to see. It arrived beautifully packaged with extra accessories for attaching to belts etc. And a battery provided too.

Very good piece of kit, lightweight , waterproof, great for dog walking & many other things , great product.

Not even worth one star. I bought a P17 and paid for next day delivery but didn’t get either. Buy from these people at your own peril.

The trouble is LEDLenser is the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). Ledco.uk is the distributor. Outdoors365 is the (legally unconnected) final sales channel.

Every goes right, LEDLenser are fantastic products.
Anything goes wrong, you get bounced between the 3.

Had my first torch for 5 years until it was misplaced ordered a new one, engraved came a day later fast delivery torch is excellent the engraving is fantastic perfect for everyday use highly recommend

Bought a Ledlenser H8R and was horrified to find it was packaged in plastic which wasn't even recyclable. For years this product should have been supplied in a cardboard box preferably made of recycled cardboard and until companies start to use environmentally friendly packaging I will avoid them and give poor reviews.
