Svar fra Le Boat
Dear P. Solari,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are absolutely delighted to hear that you found the service from our Laggan team to be excellent throughout your holiday. Your kind words mean a great deal to us.
We were a little disappointed to see only 3 stars, especially as your comments about our service are so positive. While we understand that the boat felt smaller than you had expected, we do provide detailed dimensions, layouts and onboard features on our website to help guests choose the vessel that best suits their needs before booking.
We truly hope that the friendly welcome, support and service you received from our team helped make your holiday an enjoyable one. If so, we would love to think that your overall experience was closer to a 5-star stay than a 3-star one! 😊
Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back on board in the future.
Warm regards,
The Le Boat Team at Laggan 🚤

Svar fra Le Boat
Hi Sue,
Thank you so much for sharing your experience — we’re delighted to hear that you really enjoyed the whole trip! 😊 It sounds like you had a lovely time on board, even if the boat showed a bit of character from its adventures.
We truly value your feedback, and if there’s anything we can do to make your next cruise even better, please let us know. Also, since your comments sound so positive, we’d be incredibly grateful if you might consider updating your star rating to reflect your enjoyment — it really helps our small team and future travellers know what to expect.
Thanks again for choosing Le Boat, and we hope to welcome you aboard again soon! 🚤💙
Warm regards,
The Le Boat Team
