Lazy Carpets & Flooring Anmeldelser

Quick and proffesional response from measuring up to fitting.

We had Andy and Lucas from Lazy Carpets come to our house to install our new flooring, and honestly, what a fantastic experience it was.

Their flooring skills are genuinely out of this world. The level of care, precision, and professionalism they put into their work is something you immediately notice, and the finished result speaks for itself.

But what impressed us most wasn’t just their craftsmanship — it was the way they treated us. Their empathy, kindness, warmth, and genuinely friendly attitude made the whole experience feel completely different from what you normally expect from tradespeople coming into your home. They were respectful, approachable, patient, and clearly took pride not only in what they do, but in how they make people feel while doing it.

Andy and Lucas are an absolute credit to Lazy Carpets. You can have the best materials in the world, but having people like these two representing your company is what creates a truly great customer experience.

Lazy Carpets should value them enormously — they deserve every bit of recognition they can get.

Thank you, Andy and Lucas, for an outstanding job and for making the whole experience such a pleasure. We couldn’t recommend you highly enough!

Kev and Lee was fantastic, they was clean, fast and the floor looks amazing. Used Lazy Carpets before and would use them again! Big shout out Kev and Kee!

I was really pleased with the laminate flooring that was fitted. It looks great and was done very professionally. I would use this company again.

When the first gentleman came to do measurements and showed me samples he was polite and listened attentively as l requested to have bathroom floor done in a few days less than a week. He contacted colleagues and they agreed to do it on my requested date l felt really good about it
On the day of fixing bathroom floor another gentleman came very polite he showed me my choice of floor from 2 different angles and l made a choice. After completing the job he asked to have a look, l was really happy l even took photos and sent them to my family and colleagues.
Job well done.

From the estimator right through to the fitting really pleased so well done very happy

Such a great experience using Lazy Carpets - would definitely recommend to friends, family and anyone looking for flooring!

Ian came to quote he was thorough and informative, assessing my problem kitchen area thoroughly and I was more than pleasantly surprised by the quote which was for was for four areas of my home.

Andy and Lucus fitted today. They truly went above and beyond, with the fitting far exceeding my expectations. Nothing was too much trouble and every anxiety I had was eased by their competence.

Truly delighted with the service I’ve received. Not one to leave reviews but they truly deserve one. Thank you again, Beth

Brilliant service from start to finish. Linda came out to measure and was lovely, taking the time to go through everything with me and helping me choose the perfect carpet.

I was really happy with the pricing too, and there were no surprises.
The fitters came today and were fantastic. They were friendly, professional and did a brilliant job. The stairs and landing look absolutely beautiful and the carpet feels so plush.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with everything. I’m so pleased with it that I’m now going to have the rest of my upstairs carpeted.

Andy and Lucas were fantastic throughout the whole process. We had herringbone flooring fitting throughout the whole downstairs of the house. The attention to detail was fantastic.
When screeding our floor, it was noticed that the original concrete was slightly damp. Rather than just putting the flooring down, they explained the risks and rented a machine to dry out it properly for us at no extra cost.
You can tell these guys do have a passion for their work. The floor looks amazing and the quality of the work is spot on, can't fault it at all 👌

Stunning flooring, kept updated why I was away with pictures the whole way through. Excellent customer service. Thankyou

Great communication from initial booking worked around my availability..Steph came to do the measuring, lovely person, so pleasant explained everything completely, had great photos to show so I could see what I actually was looking for. Definitely ask for Step to do your measuring. No pressure at all to order, went through all finance options to me. Can't wait to get it fitted now. Thanks Steph .

Absolutely brilliant job from start to finish. The two lads (andy and lucas) who fitted our flooring were fantastic — really down to earth and friendly, and by the end of the job we felt like we’d known them for years!
We had a few issues with the existing floor levels, but nothing was too much trouble. They sorted everything out and made sure the finished floor looked spot on.
Really pleased with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend them. Thanks again, lads! x
