I have owned a high quality Bose speaker and it no longer can be used with my APPLE phone. I was sad ! But Layen came to the rescue and now I can Bluetooth all my music. I was not sure which product to buy and Dawn at Layen was brilliant - quickly reply to my e mails. A brilliant and effective product- that works !

Very impressed with both the product and the service. Dawn has been very helpful with sorting out some ordering problems I had and I'm delighted with the i-Dock I purchased. Well done to all concerned.

Had a problem with our Layen BT-AUX and a C-AUX and Customer Services were most attentive and efficient in solving the problem straightaway by sending a long list of troubleshooting points and suggestions that the internet didn’t provide. Problems all solved and all questions answered. Just love these products! There were follow up emails to ensure we were happy. What an amazing company!

Delighted with customer service I received. The first Bluetooth adapter I received didn't work, but from the first contact Dawn couldn't have been more helpful and had a replacement out quickly. The new one works well and was very easy to set up. Thank you.

We are SO pleased with our purchase of the wee plugin that allows us to use bluetooth with our Bose speaker! Easy to set up and can highly recommend Layen as a business seeking to help us all keep our fantastic tech kit rather than throw it away for a newer item.

Re-birthed my Bose sounddock. It plugged in just like an iPod and was a breeze to set the Bluetooth up.

Fantastic little gizmo. We'd relegated the Bose Soundock to the scrapheap and it's now enjoying a new lease of life. My cat could set it up, it's so easy. Connecting to Alexa is a equally simple. Great product, great price.

I have a 1st generation B&W Zeppelin, for which I'd been searching for a Bluetooth gizmo, so I could use it with my iPhone & iPad. Saw an ad on Facebook for the I-Dock 4.1 & ordered one immediately.

Pairing with my devices was so easy! However, no sound!🥲

I read about possible sound issues due to dust in the 30-pin connector on old/unused docks, so have it a quick clean with a very fine paintbrush.

As with a couple of other customers, my initial item failed after first use. I contacted Layen and a Rep called Dawn liaised with me. Within the week, I had a replacement I-Dock which works fine. The item is good, the Customer Service response was good and Dawn even followed up to make sure the replacement worked and that I was happy. My old 30 pin speakers are back working with music from my I-Pod Touch, super pleased!

Ordered this at 18.15 on Tuesday evening, arrived Wednesday morning, set up took less than 1 minute, fantastic product, I can now use my Bose again. Really pleased

I bought my Layen i-dock a few weeks ago so that I could bring my unused and unloved JBL On Time back into use. The i-dock is great and as well as using it for streaming Spotify, it's also great with BBC Sounds so I can pick up all the podcasts. The i-dock is extremely easy to use, but I've had a couple of simple queries about how best to use it, and both times the reply has come back within hours, and has been a clear, personal and comprehensive response. Great product and amazing service. Thanks.

I bought this for my Bose SoundDock Portable Digital Music System. It arrived very quickly, fitted without issue and worked straight away. Very simple to use. Plug in, find it on your device and start playing music.

One very minor point is that the blue light remains flashing even when the Bose is on standby. Not a huge issue unless your Dock is in your bedroom.

Was about to consign my Bose iPod dock to the recycling bin (my iPod died years ago) when I saw your ad .
Delivered with 24 hours it was literally a 1 min setup process and my once obsolete iPod dock is now back in use .
Very good value too !

Small but so effective. My device arrived just 48 hours after I ordered it. Not a techno fobe but managed to revive my BOSE system in seconds. A great piece of kit and worth the cost.
