Lovely clothes, not consistent sizes
Love the website, easy to navigate & find specific items, however the sizes are not consistent.. I recently tried on in store & the sizes really baffled me. I have just received a delivery, ordered a size up as mine out of stock & the top only just goes over my head!!!!

Fabulous quality fashion
I bought two fabulous long velvet dresses for two weddings I have coming up this year.
The cut and quality of the fabric is absolutely divine.
I had previously purchased a designer dress from a well known High Street shop.The quality of the fabric was incredibly poor and no comparison to your fabulous products.

Lovely trousers
I ordered 2 pairs of these trousers a 16 and 18 as I was unsure of the size I needed. The 16 was a little on the snug side but the 18 was huge. They are very high waisted to the point of fitting under the bust! I do like the pattern, style and material so have kept the 16. They will be great to wear in the summer with a black top. A super quick service with the refund of the returned pair too.

Service very good with easy returns!
Ordered two of the same dresses for fit. They arrived on time as did my next order. Kept one dress and returned the other. Also just returned a jumper that was too big. No hassle, simple postal return, refund quick to arrive. Clothes are good value, smart and nice quality. Can't say any more than that ! 😀

Refund problem resolved
Generally I am very satisfied with the service and dress from Lavitta. I made the mistake of ordering 2 dresses separately within half an hour and therefore had to pay the £3.99 postage twice. When my dresses arrived they came in 1 package, so therefore there was only 1 postage cost to Lavitta. I returned 1 dress but the refund was only for the price of the dress. Lavitta must therefore have gained an additional profit from the postage on the second dress which to me seems unreasonable.
Thank you Lavitta, I have now also received a refund for the postage.
