Ordered a watch for a special occasion and was completely panicked when my order said “delivered” and I couldn’t find the package anywhere. I checked my cameras to see if it had been stolen, and contacted UPS who told me that it was Laphont who claimed the watch had been delivered. Not only did they LIE about its tracking progress but it arrived
an entire MONTH AND A HALF after I was supposed to have received it. I am extremely unhappy with this, and will never order from this “company” again. I initially ordered the watch for my partner’s birthday, and had to end up purchasing a replacement gift from another company just so he would have something to open. Obviously since it’s an entire month later, I don’t even need this watch anymore.

Lastly, I never write emails. I never write complaints about service because as someone in business myself, I understand that things happen and grace needs to be given. However, this is completely unacceptable and they should be ashamed of whatever customer service they claim to have.

Waardeloos bedrijf. Twee horloges besteld eentje vond ik niet mooi dus wilde ik die terug sturen kreeg ik een of ander Duits adres door die post nl niet herkende. Het andere horloge was wel mooi maar die werkt niet. 200 euro weg gegooid raad iedereen dit bedrijf af

Disappointing quality, customer service & return policity.

Très bonne expérience.
J’ai commandé la montre en forme d’étoile Spiderman.
Montre commandé le 23 décembre 2025 et reçus le 2 janvier 2026.
Le délai de livraison correspondait à ce qui était prévu et notifier lors de la commande.
Je suis très satisfait du produit et il est super quali pour le prix que c’est et il est facilement réglable à votre poignet grâce à un système très simple qui vous sera expliqué dans la notice de la montre.
Je vous recommande et se site n’est pas un site frauduleux comme certaines personnes pourraient le revendiquer.

Really like the design, and also the quality is top notch. Only complaint I have is that the watch is really heavy

Great looking time piece for a good price. The screw to set the time fell off after one month, but they sent me a new one as they have a one year warranty. I’m very satisfied with my experience and would absolutely recommend!

J'ai commandé une montre sur le site laphont c'était un gros coup de cœur malheureusement une fois la montre payé je n'ai reçu aucune confirmation de paiement malgré que j'ai été bien débité j'ai ensuite envoyé à plusieurs reprise des mails au service client pour avoir plus d'information mais je n'ai jamais eu de retour et la montre n'est toujours pas arrivé

Now i absolutely LOVE the designs of these watches and was lucky enough to get one for Christmas from my mum! I wear it almost every day and have received loads of compliments. I’ve now been wearing it for about seven months and it’s beginning to tarnish. I have the silver design and there are parts going gold. I’m super disappointed because I love this watch, I take it off to shower and stuff, try keep it out of rain and the lot but maybe I’m doing something wrong? I’m not too sure.

Van te voren was ik een beetje sceptisch over Laphont, maar dat ben ik zeker niet meer! Mijn horloge had ik al binnen na een week en toen ik een vraag had over mijn bestelling, liep de communicatie soepel. Het is een prachtig en uniek horloge voor een betaalbare prijs. Ik zou het zeker aanraden!

I bought 2 melting watches before Christmas, one in silver and one in gold, and am constantly getting compliments over it! The preorder took a bit longer than expected, but I got updates the whole time, and now it’s here I wear it all the time!

saw the ads and wasn’t sure, but got gifted the very watch i had my eyes set on and love it! the packaging was thoughtful and lovely and the watch itself is super cool with nice detailing and quality!

I am from Australia and Bought 2 x watch last December which is a peak season. Received it quite quick. Was expecting it to arrive in a month. Came before Christmas which was on time. Love it so much. I like how unique it is and not the boring square or round watch. Planning to buy some more.

One of the prettiest watches I have put my hands on. I have recently bought the Dali inspired watch, which is a perfect alternative for the Cartier Crash. Small business big idea. Great details and good quality. If you have small wrists like I do, I would suggest women sizing.

Had to wait for the pre order but understandable because Christmas but nevertheless this is the best thing I’ve ever bought I get endless compliments about and it’s just some timeless would recommend 100%

I preordered their footwear last year, and they kept me up to date with shipping etc, good comms. When my shoes arrived, they’d unfortunately sent the incorrect size- I sent them an email, and they apologised and immediately sent out the correct size. They were even ok with me changing the colour. Really impressed with their communication and customer service, and love the product.

I have gotten several watches from laphont. They have only giving me the best quality product in a good period Of time.

The watch is stunning, many of my friends were surprised when they saw me wearing the watch and thought it was thousands of dollars, I love it
