Landys Chemist Anmeldelser

Twice now have had them take a long time to dispatch and then finally tell me out of stock. Have had other orders through ok. But I am fed up with this habit of cancelling after leaving me waiting for days, and will not be using again.

Have made 2 separate purchases online. Both times had good prices and timely delivery.

Its really great! Very efficient, timely! Amazing service! Thank you !

Site easy to negotiate. Quick and reliable delivery.

Arrived as requested. Parcel intact. Best price on Internet.

My vitamin pills were sent out as requested on time and well packaged. I did not have to pay postage as my order was over a certain amount and this is a great bonus. I have always been very pleased with Landy's service.

Great selection of vitamins et al, unbeatable prices & very quick, hassle free ordering ......arrived promptly.

Having exactly what I wanted and good price.

Very pleased with the service received from Landys. Product I wanted was at a reduced price and delivery was very quick so very pleased overall.

Great price. Great communication. Prompt delivery.

Repeat order.

Easy to order. Good Price. Arrived on time and well wrapped.

I order items regularly from Landys. They have always delivered promptly - and at the best prices that can be found on the internet. Excellent!

Delivered in good time and it’s a very good product

Purchased Quest one a day multi vitamins, great product and can highly recommend. Delivery was fast and the items packaged well. Would order again.

Easy ordering and promot delivery

The service was good, with quick and helpful responses to my queries. The prices were also very reasonable for the vitamins I purchased, including the Viridian Ashwagandha.

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is the delivery service. I ordered on Sunday, the order was processed on Monday, but it didn’t arrive until Thursday via Royal Mail. I felt the delivery took a little too long.

Overall, I was happy with the product, price and customer service, but the delivery could be improved.

Again I have had issued with the quality of the post and packaging. Items appear to be sent in only padded envelopes, which in this case had caused the cosmetic box to be crumpled and appeared to have been opened. The top of the product (Laroche Posay Hyalu B Cream) was loose, which I complained about and sent photos but received only the excuse they have no control of the parcel when in the postal system. As I was concerned the item had been opened, I have now thrown away the product. Unlikely I will use Landy's again.

I have used Landys a number of times and have enjoyed a solid shopping experience, once I've paid I forget about the order as I know it will arrive within a day or two, nicely packaged.

Received some creams and lotion for dermatitis prone skin. Arrived in good time and pleased with products
