5 STAR SERVICE, was scared to order by the looks what all people write there, but I did order anyway because you can’t find no where better price NO WHERE!
did email them, did receive email back, basically everything when smooth, thanks again and I will keep working with you and I will share with my friends, GREAT EXPERIENCE AND WELL DONE!

Bought the low cost 305mm inspection chamber risers (3 off) and lid - very reasonable price at £50 compared with over £200 for the Osma version. Delivered in good time.

Only found these reviews after I ordered and thought omg why did I do that. However the order was sent 2 days after I placed it and arrived next day so happy with that. Only criticism I would have as there's no tracking what so ever, didnt even know who the courier was or what day it was going to arrive. Apart from that everything was good.

After placing an order waited over two weeks for delivery then ordered same else where. This arrived and still no sign of landscape plastics order. No reply to any of the emails sent. Complete rip off. Do not use this company.

Terrible customer service, misleading product descriptions, selling lots of fake products

I've had 3 large orders now, couple of items missing on second order, Lauren at Landscape Plastics sorted it straight away. Top quality products in A1 condition at very good prices. Will continue to use.

This company does not answer emails or the phone and to date doesn't deliver the goods either. As a business buying from this business they were quick to take the money. I would now avoid this comany and if the goods don't arrive soon trading standards etc will be involved. I have since ordered something else on a different name to see if another order makes a difference, once again no email reply and money taken. Avoid this company like the plague there are so many better ones out there.

After ordering and looking at reviews I nearly cancelled my order, tried to ring numerous times with no answer, really thought I’d been ripped off, to my surprise goods came really quick next day after ordering, products are really great but you really need to reply to those bad reviews to clear the air because everyone looks at them, great service, great product, cheap prices will defo use again 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Apart from not being able to speak in person to anyone about my order I'm very happy with their service. I placed my order on Tuesday 30th March and received the good on 1st April. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

We would give the customer service from Landscapeplastics.co.uk Zero if that was an option. We placed an order in good faith in early February for drainage channel and made the payment via Pay Pal ~ this was taken shortly after the order was placed. After a week we had heard nothing about the order or delivery. We contacted the company via email, web message and phone and did not get a response to any of our messages ~ we still have not heard from the company. We eventually escalated the matter with Pay Pal who quite quickly found in our favour and reimbursed the payment. This has taken a lot of time on our part and delayed our project by over a month, which is incredibly frustrating

How not to treat customers !

Placed my order in uncertain times, delivery was late, so had to reschedule the Gardener coming to do the job. Couldn't get through to anyone, understandably with the Pandemic so moved on.

Then within 3 months of installing the Weed Membrane and covering with 150mm of Bark, I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw weeds were growing through the Membrane, not on top, actually through. I provided pictorial evidence to Landscape Plastics, still no response and still no-one answering the phone.

In the end I cut my losses and put this down to experience. I thought I'd saved some money purchasing from Landscape Plastics, in the end I purchased a far superior product from Amazon, had to pay the Gardener again to do the job, we took up all the bark, removed the inferior product, relayed the new membrane, relayed all the bark and as yet, no weeds to contend with.

All in all a disappointing experience with an online retailer, all it needed was a response, customers are what keep your doors open !

Absolutely awful company - do not go near. Goods promised within 3 days, still no sign -taken my money quick enough though. 2 weeks later they do not answer the phone or respond to emails I am going to report to trading standards and try and get my money back. NOT HAPPY - my work has been put on hold thanks to these robbing .......

Awful a really poor company.
The goods didn't arrive i tried to contact them many times by phone and email but with no luck. I am now going through legal procedures to recover my money.
Stay away from landscape plastics. Don't make the same mistake as myself and so many others.

I was going to give a 1 star BUT.... My delivery arrived. I, ordered £107+ worth of drainage items. It said on website it would be despatched 3-4 working days, so after 7 i tried numerous ways to contact them.. Email, Phone, Online form.. Nothing... It arrived after 9 days.
I wouldn't have minded given the circumstances if they had emailed or answered phone saying it will be 5-10 days late, just some form of communication would be good.
So Please... Refresh your communication side of the business,because the price and quality of the products is great.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 6 weeks ago. Their website on their Covid-19 statement said allow 7-10 days for dispatch. They are normally 'Next Day' apparently. Phoned lots of times. Emailed them. No response. Made a claim through Barclaycard for refund. Landscapeplastics have emailed today (exactly 6 weeks later) to say they have dispatched the items. Rang again to cancel - no response.

They did sign off their email with 'We hope you have fully enjoyed your shopping experience and that you return soon.'

Also - notice several reviews I read on Trustpilot a month ago have been removed?

I placed my order on 29th April, I was not in a rush for my goods so 2/3 days for delivery was not an issue for me. My order contained 2 items and I was delivered an invoice by email instantaneously, when I went into the website, my order was showing as "Completed", this did worry me a little but I also realised that they may also have dispatched immediately. There was not further communication to advise that items had been dispatched and that the order was on its way.

The first item was delivered on 3rd May, the delivery driver advised that the 2nd item would be delivered "Probably tomorrow". By the time the 9th May came around the item had still not been delivered to me and so I emailed [email address sensored] for an update, this email was taken from this website. By 13th May there was no response and so I called both 0800 085 7721 & 01604 685 145, both numbers taken from their website ring and then leave a message stating "Your call cannot be completed". I then completed a webform on their site (kind of knowing the outcome but wanted to cover all avenues).

There was no response by late afternoon on 14th May. I then made the decision to report the problem through PayPal, during this process they offered 2 different contact details to attempt to resolve:

Not having much hope I tried the phone number first, it was answered by someone who seemed really surprised to be taking a call from a customer and who lacked general Customer Service skills. This person has advised that they will contact the delivery company and the I can expect the goods within 48 hours. I assume there will be no further update other than that during this time.

Make what you want of the review and make up you own mind, you do get what you pay for and they are cheaper for a reason, I call them an organisation in the loosest terms possible.
