I was in contact with this estate agent to arrange a viewing for a property - I found them to be very friendly, professional and accommodating which had been lacking with some other estate agents I had dealt with.
The agent who carried out the viewing was again very friendly and informative about details of the property which was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience as they seem to represent their clients very well.

From the day I entered LLEA and had a general chat with Lynn & her team I felt totally at ease. Moving on I have bought and sold properties via LLEA, the company were professional in every aspect constantly keeping me informed of all movements and guiding me accordingly. If I ever had to move again this is the only agents I would consider I would recommend them to everyone. 5 ☆is well deserved to Lynn and her team.

My experience with Lanarkshire Law was excellent from start to finish. First met with Hugh who was professional and knowledgeable and had did his research on the area and previous sales. The app was a great tool to use to keep you updated on viewings booked and offers received. Also had several phone calls from Lynn who went through each viewing with appropriate feedback. Once an offer was received Lynn had a discussion with me and talked me through the process. Lynn was very helpful and professional.
