This was my second slipper purchase, this one as a gift and Laines nailed it again. The slippers are top tier and fantastic quality. Super fun and unique, the packaging lovely. Highly recommend.

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! I wanted a pair of ‘bespoke’ slippers and Chantelle made the process so easy. I have been dealing with Chantelle at Laines for my items, slippers, a cape and bag. The communicaiton has been fantastic, quick, professional but friendly and engaging. Just that process gave me a huge amount of confidence in the brand.

Exquisite - just so beautiful.
I ordered 2 pairs of classic slippers for gifts for my 2 best friends. They arrived quickly, beautifully packaged and looking even nicer in real life. Absolutely gorgeous quality slippers and the brooches are stunning. Every little detail is just exquisite. Can’t wait to give them to my friends. I highly recommend Laines. Thank you.

This is my second pair and was lucky enough to get them in the sale… pink with black panthers- I love them. I’m still wearing my older ones (black with jellyfish!) so these are going away for when I need them as the old ones are still so sturdy and pretty!

F/O slippers are perfect!
I was excited to get these for a bestie's birthday- they are perfect! Actually very pretty and comfortable. Size was great. The shipping was a bit wonky to the US, the address I input for the order did not translate well to the DHL delivery and it ended up delayed for several days. Other than that SUPER HAPPY with the purchase!
