Lahana Swim Anmeldelser

So happy with the customer service from the girls at Lahana. I have been dealing with Brittany who went above and beyond to assist me with my purchases. She went out of her way to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely beautifully designed and crafted! Excellent quality material. So buttery soft but thick and the customer service is incredible.

Highly recommend this amazing company!

Fast response time, clear communication and bathing suits are some of the best I’ve owned. Returning customer for sure!

I had a problem with my order but Lahana have the best costumer service ! They helped me a lot!

Incredible Customer service, helped me exchange items and stayed in contact throughout the whole process. I loved the design and quality of my items. x

I cannot give enough praise to the customer service of Lahana! So helpful, so easy to deal with. Also some of the best swimwear I’ve owned.

I continue to make purchase after purchase with Lahana. Both active and swim. The quality and fit is always perfect. I purchased the wrong size in a file sale item, normally nonexchangeable, got in touch with the team and they refunded me so I was able to purchase the correct size. Their customer service is always nothing short of amazing!

Absolute favourite swim brand, fit, style and quality is top notch!

I changed my mind about an order and had to communicate about swapping something and the team was very patient and helpful! The swimmers are good quality and look really nice. I got mine on sale and it was great value

Love Lahana swim!! Quality!! Worth every penny!

Faultless customer service. Seamless exchange process, accompanied with fast delivery. The cutest bikinis, amazing quality & feel :)

Lahana never disappoints. Sizing is so true and fit perfect, the quality of all their swimmers is so noticeable and makes such a difference compared to other bikini brands. So easy to communicate with and SUCH FAST SHIPPING. PRINTS, COLOURS AND CUT ARE AMAZING

I had a lovely experience with lahana and their beautiful team. My order arrived soo quickly and the products were amazing. I had a bit of trouble as I ordered the wrong size and the team was so quick and efficient + lovely to talk to, they sent me a new size that day!
Will definitely shop with Lahana again :)

Loved the Product! And fast shipping 😊 But unfortunately terrible customer service.. I had sent back a return for wrong size in order to get a credit so I can get the correct size or something else! Have contacted customer service many times with no response and it’s now been weeks! Very unprofessional

Super quick easy and efficient shipping, in love with the bikini so flattering and such a beautiful colour !

fav bikini brand by far, quality is unmatched

After spending $$ on poor quality bikinis since I arrived in Aus I was looking for a brand to make an investment in and LA hasn’t disappointed. I got x2 bikinis in the Christmas sale and I love, love, love them! The quality of each one is amazing. The material hugs your figure like a glove.

I anticipated that the top sizes would run small after reading reviews so I ordered a M when I am usually a S. I am a 30D cup size (UK babes I got you) and they fit great. I ordered a size S in the bottoms and they fit well.

Can’t wait to purchase more!

I think Lahana swim would benefit from hiring more staff as they aren’t equipped to meet customer needs or requirements. I have had to do another exchange due to inaccurate sizing and getting told they’re ‘inundated due to being short staffed’ and will get to the returns when they can.
I also returned another order in September due to receiving a faulty top and still yet to receive the exchange due to ‘Auspost’?
Not worth the headache honestly, considering the price you pay.

Lovely people to contact and so easy to get info and ask questions. They’re so generous and kind towards me always. I love the quality of their products and they make me feel so sexy in my own body. Sucks that products go out of stock so much though, we just love Lahana too much. Lots of love LA xxx

Love the bikinis and active wear. I ordered the Emilia bikini set in Brown and the Missy bikini set in red/pink. I am usually a size 8/small and the sizes are very true to size. Quality is amazing - will definitely be ordering again. I ordered on Monday night and it arrived 2 days later!!
