Lahana Swim Anmeldelser

Hello lovelies
I waited for my order to be received to post a full review of my full exeprience with Lahana. <3
1- Customer service is outstanding : i needed to make some adjustments and they were able to do so in a blink of an eye. The definition of responsive, caring, and professional ! Probably an example of the perfect team. All this knowing theres a huge time difference etc.
2- I was too excited for my order and used fast delivery : received it Earlier than expected through DHL, since my order was quickly prepared by Lahana and shipped. Literally, i had made a local order in my country before this one and received it the same day as my Lahana Order from across the world.
3- The best part : the beautiful swimwear . It’s the first time I order so was hesitant about the size and styles , but all worked out in the end. They are perfect!! Triangle may need to size up ( depends on personal preference). Now I have a clearer idea on how the sizes come. I ordered 8 pieces( 4 pairs) and absolutely loved it. Can’t wait to wear and post .
4- Impressed by how much care also goes to sustainability, knowing that many brands like to use it as a marketing tool , not the case here. From packaging to material .
5- Just happy when something is made with care and passion . It makes the customer experience exceptional.

Totally worth it !!

If I could do .5 I would give a 3.5 star. Active wear is so cute and The fabric is nice. Crop top is great, the strap adjusting things for the crop top does not give off a 'lux' brand though. I would think for the price they would of been better quality an not so hard to move/chunky. The shorts definitely run on the small side around the thigh area. They cut into my thighs a bit and roll up constantly during my workout. If you enjoy weight lifting and don't have super slim legs I would recommend sizing up on the shorts!! That was the only disappointing thing. I still wear them though, they just don't fit me like my other go to gym brands do :)

I love Lahana bikinis! Good quality and excellent customer service.

I accidentally doubled up on my order without realising. The customer service team emailed to double check if it was correct. Super considerate and lovely!
Can’t fault. Thanks ladies

Gorgeous bikinis and amazing customer service. Very quick to answer, helpful and always personable. A big plus for the quick shipping option to Sweden! Can't stop browsing the lahana website for my next bikini...

Amazing costumer service! I placed an order with my old address then contacted them and they responded and changed my address so fast. Super nice and helpful!

Great customer service. I had a delayed parcel but the team was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to check in with me after the fact as well. It felt like a very personal experience! Already loved the brand so very satisfied overall.

Amazing costumer sercive and high quality Bikini, I just love it!

Repeat customer - beautiful swim and activewear. Recently received my swimwear with a fault, Brittany was extremely helpful to address/identify the issues promptly, and help us come to a fair resolution. Grateful to deal with a lovely team. Will continue to support this business. 💓💓

Hey team!

The biker shorts are lovely... they fit so nicely and are good quality! I ordered the wrong size but I appreciated being able to return it so smoothly. Thankyou

I've never purchased such high-quality bikinis before, and these orders have completely Satisfied me the quality, fit, client service, and packaging are all excellent! I have no complaints.

I bought many pieces of swimwear on sale, and they are all of excellent quality. Very pleased with the design and sizing of this high-quality product, as well as the excellent customer service.

love this brand, was very communicative when needed about order. 10/10

ARM STRAPS LENGTH DROOPS TO MY BELLY BUTTON.
I brought a few pieces on sale, when they arrived the arm straps have no adjustment option and they are 30cm too long in length!!! like not flattering at all - i was actually shocked as i brought a size S and they straps were still astronomical.... doesnt hold you boobs in, if i bent over my whole nipple/boob would fall out.
I have photos i can send through to show you what i mean.
bit disapointed with Lahana as ive brought pieces before and they were true to size/ nice Quality / and very flattering.

Thank you

Kind Regards,

Ordered More than one month ago and still didnt receive my parcel...

You can’t beat gorgeous swimwear with above and beyond service. I purchased a number of items on sale and they are all lovely quality. Very happy with the cuts and sizing. The team even helped me exchange an item (despite the final sale policy) for a better size. I was so impressed with their follow up support and happy-to-help attitude. Thank you!

They were really helpful! I accidentally ordered 2 tops instead of a top and bottom and they messaged me within an hour making sure that what I actually wanted or if it was a mistake. I told them and they replied then fixed the problem instantly!

The clothes is of exceptional quality, and the purchasing process is simple and straightforward. A good formula is a high-quality product and outstanding customer service.

I love my new bikini bottoms and active wear crop! The pattern is so cute and they are both super comfy and well fitting!
