Lahana Swim Anmeldelser

I ordered from Lahana from Spain and although I have issues with the shipping company in Spain, their costumer service was incredible and helped me solve the issues really fast!

I ordered from Germany. The shipping was really fast! And omg the bikinis are NEXT LEVEL good! I love them and I’m definitely going to order again.🫶🏽

After receiving my bodysuit and discovering marks on it. I was sent a replacement and asked to return the original (soiled one). My experience with customer service was extremely poor, no compensation was offered for the inconvenience, as this item was therefore delayed and my valuable time time used to try and make it ti the post office for the return. Anyone with good customer service would offer something for the hassle. But nope not Lahana, I don’t recommend!

Lahana is the best bikini brand I have ever purchased from. Shipping is always super fast! I’ve never had any issues to have to contact support but I’m sure I would be equally satisfied with that tooo.

Purchased one of those lovely Bikini Tops and Bottoms as a gift for my wife and required some help re size.
Customer support was truly great i.e. super responsive, competent and friendly. Thank you Ivy for your assistance.
Excited to receive the announced order and to surprise my wife. Surely more to be ordered!

Not only is the quality amazing, the customer service is top tier. I had a sizing issue and they accommodated despite being sale items. Would recommend this brand 100x times over please go buy!!!

Lahana Swim have GREAT quality swimmers and excellent customer service!

I have bought from them a few times now and my swimmers from 2019 still look new today (2023) and are the ones I always reach for, for both comfort and style! I purchased some items during their recent birthday sale and there was glitch in their system which meant one of the items had been oversold.

They contacted me within 24hrs to notify me and gave several options to choose from (different size/refund/other item etc) - they ended up searching high and low in the warehouse and found me the item! I also had to return something and found the portal super easy to use and even extra credit given to shop for a different item
They go above and beyond, shipping is super quick and the material quality is excellent!!

The bikini cut and material quality is really beautiful! I love the colour 😍

Sale items should be able to be returned for a credit note. The bathers don’t sit well and the sizing was different to other bathers I’ve purchased and now I have 2 sets that I cannot wear

Love the quality, and the size fits

top notch quality, delivered one set on tuesday and one on wednesday and they both arrived on thursday!! beautiful design and fit. really can’t fault lahana!!!

I have been buying lahana for years I literally have baskets full, quality is amazing design and shipping customer support is exceptional always bringing out the best of the best wouldn’t buy anywhere else

Shipping and ordering was seamless, the customer service provided was first class. Quality of the material is next level. The last bikini I ordered was over 3 years ago and still looks the same as the day it was purchased. Will recommend to friends and will be a returning customer. Thank you!

Loooooooove Lahana!! Best fitting & sexiest suits out there! the fabrics are so luxurious :)

Customer service and product are always great! Love this company!

I lost the count how many bikinis I have from Lahana. The cut, the quality and the service is just superb! It’s worth every penny you pay!

My orders always arrived on time or even before the estimated date. Quality and fit of this brand is top notch and the customer service is UNPARALLELED. I recently had to cancel an order and they were so quick to respond and solved the problem instantly. If you’re a bikini lover like me, you need this brand in your wardrobe.

I love all of my lanaha purchases. The swimwear is great quality, they have awesome customer service, fast shipping, and an easy exchange process if you purchase the wrong size. Definitely recommend!

After following Lahana swim for a few years I finally decided to splurge and purchase a bikini. Not only did I receive great customer service when I needed help editing my order, but it shipped out so quickly. I am blown away by how perfectly it fit thanks to their accurate sizing chart. I am so so happy with this bikini!
