I love the design and quality of Lacy Hint bras!
I ordered two to try them out. One of the items I ordered was apparently back ordered (which I di not know about although the company said that they had sent an email) but I received the other item very quickly.
I emailed the company to check on the back ordered item and got immediate response and was even able to change the size.
I'll definitely order more.

I’m giving 5 stars for the general shopping online experience. I ordered items too small and shipped them back but they haven’t been processed yet. I’ve already placed a separate order that hasn’t arrived. The bras I did order were very nice, well described and very pretty. Can’t wait for the new order to come in so I can wear them.

This site is usually a great site
This site is usually a great site. I actually dont order bras from any other site but this site. But recently i submitted an order on 12/12 and the next day i checked it and it stated it was BACKORDER. it did tell me before i ordered these bras that they would be on backorder or that these particular bras were unavailable. i spend too much money on bras for this to be an issue, Poor Service!

We have responded to your concern regarding Custom Order category on Dec 6th (before placing the order). Along with the response, on each product page within Custom Order category there is a note about the extended wait time for the item. Also in your shopping cart there has been an information reminding that this product will be delivered with delay. The status "On backorder" the next day just confirmed all the information received before. I am sorry you had missed all the information, but as always we aim to make you a very happy customer. Thank you for coming back!
Poor customer notification
Item purchased is backordered. Not told that at time of purchase. Still have not received my purchase.

I am sorry you have missed all the information in the process of ordering from our Custom Order category. Each product from this category has a clear message displayed in green "This product may take up to
... Days for Delivery". Also at checkout in your shopping cart there has been an information about the delay of delivering this product.
Custom Order category is our new category allowing our customers choose from more styles made in sizes up to their request. It has been created as a response to many requests for more colors available in our store.

Lacyhint.com is hands down first in customer service
Lacyhint.com is one of the best examples of customer service that I have ever known. My wife loves the bras on the site but she is a 44d and they did not carry her size. I wrote the contact for the website and was told that they would look into it. Several months later I got a personal email letting me know that I could custom order bras in her size. What a great idea. Thank you
