Totally Scam Store Don't order

First of all, I don't even want to leave them a single star but that's the lowest rating I can give. DO NOT use this company AT ALL!!! I ordered a flower wall before looking at the reviews. Something told me to look, however, after the fact. When I did and saw how the company has scammed MANY people, I decided to email them with a request to cancel my order. They ensured me that my order would arrive on time. I decided to trust them. I never received the wall which was for my 16 y/o daughter's birthday party. What a disappointment. I'm TRYING to get a full refund, but good luck if that happens. We have been back and forth 20 emails now, so far. They are only promising me a 65% refund at this time. I am requesting 100%, as the product never arrived. No proof of it on my Ring camera. No proof of anyone stealing any packages. I'm extremely disappointed that people like this exist today. I am a hard-working mother of 3 who just wanted to give my daughter something special to take pictures with. Take my advice and save your money. DO NOT order from this company.

This is 100% fraud. They took my money and 30 days later said I had received the items but I never did. When I contacted them about the shipment, they said to go around the neighborhood asking if they had my package. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company.

They are a scam. They don’t deliver stuff. They use bogus tracking number which will say it is delivered. Then blame you that you didn’t find the product. Their tracking number doesn’t work on the courier service they use. They will never give money back too.

This company is a complete scam. I placed an order for my daughter’s wedding and never received a thing. After weeks of waiting and reaching out, I got no real response and no product. From reading other reviews, I see I’m not the only one — they’ve taken money from countless people and never delivered.

They ruined an important moment for my family and caused unnecessary stress during a time that should have been joyful. Do NOT trust this company with your money. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and prey on people who are planning once-in-a-lifetime events.

Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.

I purchased over $300 worth of backdrops and backdrop stand and did not receive anything. They claimed it was delivered and gave me a bogus link to follow and nothing.

This company is the worst. Ended up placing two orders separately because i didn’t realize i already put an order in. Emailed them before the second order had even been packed stated they would never did. Both orders ended up saying delivered and never got them or refund. It is a total scam and now I’m out of over 100 dollars. They just give you the run around and i wish there was more i could do but don’t ever use them unless you want to waste your money and not get your stuff. I place the orders on July 7 2025 and july 19 2025. This place needs to do better because my address was right.

If i can give it no stars I would SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT. I sent them an email stating I never got my tracking number or my items for them to come back and say it was delivered and provided me with a fake tracking number. I got played

This website is a scam. My order never came. On the tracking says it was delivered but never got anything. Tried to get a refund they told me to go to my post office. I went the post office says the tracking number is not legit. Don’t order anything from here.

Scam scam scam - fake shipping sent from Hong Kong never arrives after a month. It says it’s delivered when you email them they tell you to check around the community or check with the post office. They won’t refund your money. They will never deliver a product. Do not order.

Oh no! I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from Kyniper!!! They said that my order was delivered (after about a month of waiting!) and now here I am trying to contact them for a refund....ughhhhh!!! Pinterest, please don't allow them to advertise on your site.

WARNING! Do not buy from this company, KYNIPER is a SCAM !!!!! SCAM!!!! Sending fake tracking information and never delivering the items. PINTEREST, please delete them from your list for advertisement purposes to avoid more victims. It's been a terrible experience!!!!

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND NOW THEYRE TELLING ME THEY CAN ONLY REFUND ME 20% instead of the entire refund. it was never delivered never received. this is a real scam and they should be shut down immediately.

When I didn’t get an order confirmation I should have known I was scammed. I contacted customer support and they sent me a tracking number which shows delivered, but of course it never arrived.

Never received product. Told to go to local post office to issue lost certificate. They were not the delivery service. Why would they issue such a certificate. They have no proof. Bad customer service. Would never order again or recommend this company!

I should have read reviews...same thing happened to me. Backdrop never arrived. I was told it did and to contact local post office. Impossible to track package without USPS number.

Never received package. They said i must provide proof I never got it and there's no way for me to do that. They have the tracking records. The record shows it was sent to my city but stopped there. No address on it, nothing. Now, they won't give me a refund at all. DO NOT BUY THESE!!! ITS A MAJOR SCAM AND THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL
