The package that went missing…
I had ordered previously and the package never arrived. I emailed admin to cancel order and issue a refund which happened promptly.
Thereafter I re-ordered and the package arrived no problem.

Easy ordering from a clear website
A clear website made choosing and ordering books a straightforward process. I bought three of the well-presented "Treasury" books published by Kube, which are useful as small gifts. The books arrived promptly.

Disappointing customer service
The price is fair, but the customer service is so disappointing and frustrating. From taking forever to reply an email to sending items to the wrong address. Please work on your customer service.

Amazing! Books were brand new, and they arrived so quick!!! Given that it was before Ramadhan and they probably had so many orders, I am very happy that it came quickly.
