Completely useless, waste of time!
They used to do 3 lots of accounts for me each year. Service levels and competency dropped through the floor . Particular scorn goes to Caroline Powell, my liaison & Tax Manager, which was thoroughly incompetent. Wouldn't ever use them again is they were the last Accountants on the planet

Not professional at all in fact try to exploit the situation to there advantage

I also did not observed skill set of staff and partner that can be classifies as mature enough to understand the situation and do the right thing

I will never interact with this firm in future for any issue

I contacted the Horsham branch and left 2 messages….nobody bothered so I rang head office and they tried the Horsham Branch …twice…and no answer.

Aboid this lot….useless!!

Needed some help with getting a trust setup and some advice on my tax situation, gave them a call and very friendly team. I didn't know exactly what I needed, but they brought in some extra people to cover the additional help I needed with Wills and some advice on estate planning. Very pleasant to deal with.

Kreston Reeves is a reputable and long standing accountancy firm. They really look after their people and their clients, and this can be proved with their continued growth. I really enjoy working for KR, and look forward to growing my career here.

As an employee of Kreston Reeves, I've found the firm to be incredibly supportive. Client care is top of the agenda, as is staff wellbeing. The management team regularly monitor and act on staff's feedback. It’s a great place to work.

With offices round the South East ,I chose Kreston Reeves Canterbury office ,as my closest to arrange an appointment.
My initial contact was with a (bot) I think, a day later I was contacted by a member of staff asking for some detail's,regarding my inquiry!
Jeff then sent an email checking that all the details were correct? Very efficient and helpful. I was informed he would contact a colleague to make contact with me.
Two weeks later nothing? So I sent a reminder to Jeff ,who apologised and it appears his colleague was too busy to take more clients ( the colleague did not have the courtesy to inform me ) .
After three weeks another employee (James) contacted me ,asking for my details and a form to complete regarding my financial details.
Eventually a date was agreed to meet in person at the Canterbury office, the day before the meeting,I received yet another email,informing me that James can longer meet in person as his child was sick and he had to “baby sit” ,which meant he could only conduct a telephone meeting .
So after six weeks no person to,person meeting .
This is SO UNPROFESSIONAL .
I have found a reliable Accountancy company,that value “old fashioned customs .
I do not recommend Kreston Reeves ..

I have had a shocking client experience with Reeves and I would not recommend them to anyone. There are much better firms out there deserving of your business.

This was by far the worst company to work for. I worked within this company for many years and realised that they lacked any ability to modernise. They are a medium sized company but still run as if it were still a small one. The senior managers were unable to make decisions or tackle awkward staff members. If training wasn’t relevant to you’re role, role progression was poor. Treated more like a robot than an individual. I was more than happy to leave and never looked back.
