Thank you for your feedback.
According to our record, your order was canceled per your request.
We also noticed you issued a dispute on the order while we were processing the cancellation of your order. In that case the refund dispute goes through a long process by the financial institution. We will double check the outcome of the dispute and let you know directly in a separate email.
Thank you.

Great products but expensive
The products are great with fast shipping, and I find the price cheap, but the only problem is I have to pay extra money for tax and handling fee as I am in UK! So now the price is higher than I expect! That's why I am not happy!

Thank you for your feedback.
We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with shipping time. Your order experienced delay due to Korean thanksgiving week with all carriers and brands closed for the entire week. This was noted during checkout with new expected ship out date. Your order was processed as soon as brands started the operation and was shipped within the expected shipped out date.
Thank your for your understanding.
Kooding is a really good store to find…
Kooding is a really good store to find a lot of Korean fashion. They have a wide variety of brands and options to choose from. At first I was skeptical because I wasn’t sure pretty much cause of the prices were pretty high. When I received them they were very good quality and fit me perfectly. So far I haven’t had any issues with shipping or bad quality clothes and their customer service has always been helpful. I was very impressed, and I really look forward to shopping there more.
