Great selection of stylish knobs.
A Great selection of stylish knobs and handles. The website is extremely easy to use and both my orders were delivered promptly. The knobs were of great quality and good value.

Great knobs but bad experience
The knobs and cup handles have just been fitted and I have to say they are lovely looking.
What I’m not impressed about is the returns policy and postage charges. I specifically asked the vendor about returns and I was not given the full information in their response (or directed to their t&c’s on the website - a cut and paste jobby would have done). It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth that I had to pay for the cost of return and then they also deducted the cost of the original shipping from my refund. This was after I re-ordered and paid for shipping on the second order. Another point is that I emailed to advise a screw was missing from the first order. Lucy quickly replied to say I could keep any screws from the items I was returning but when I told her they were the wrong colour I received no further response.
In summary, I like the knobs but given my experience I would never order from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

Purchased some amazing ceramic knobs for my bedroom furniture. Beautiful selection available from the website, well made and extremely affordable. Business owner, Lucy, answered my queries promptly and delivery was quick with items well packaged.
