What a fantastic business. Excellent product, brilliant communication and customer service was wonderful. I had to return one of the items as it was just too large. The team at KJ Beckett were incredibly helpful and quick to act.

I got my item today (bag) It shipped super fast, was well packed, and arrived 10 minutes before I stepped out the door, just in time to take it with me.

Good communication. Advised 5 to 7 days before item would be posted and if that was OK. So I was informed but not sure why item coukd not have been posted sooner.

Exceptional Customer Service
So impressed with the customer service at this company.
I ordered the wrong colour and David at CS was able to swap the item over and I still received my amended order in super fast time. Delivery was free and the item was considerably less expensive than it would have been, had I bought it directly from the supplier.
I also received regular updates about my order.
Could not be happier will definitely use again. Thank you.
