I usually purchase in store however this time the items I wanted were not in store. I ordered on 9/2. A shipping label was created on 9/3. The next transaction was 9/12 and it says on its way from California. No delivery date is given. I emailed FedEx and Kirkland’s and got a bounce back that I would be contacted shortly. Two days later and I am still waiting. I called customer service a few minutes ago and she apologized that it was late and suggested I call FedEx. I asked for other shipping options and was told there were none. I said, so don’t order on line and she said yep…buy in the store. I shared about my email and she said they are very busy and they are answered in the order they are received. Lesson learned…

I’m only writing this because today is Sept 11th and I placed an order on Sept 6th on Sept 9th I received an email stating order processing. Not sure how long it takes to process an order but I read the email and it said 4-7 business days I should receive so I’m going with the 7 business days. However, what I’d like to know 7 business days from when? Hopefully I get my order before September 23 if not it will be upsetting because I need the coffee table to complete a home design project. My bad I didn’t read these reviews prior because I loved shopping inside there stores years ago but wouldn’t have order online.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced. I ordered a product on 7/30. I received an email on 8/4 that my product had shipped. 3 weeks passed by and I realized I still had not recieved my product. I called FedEx, as the tracking information showed no movement whatsoever. FedEx had no information to give. I then sent an email to Kirkland’s Customer Service. I was told that I had to wait 15 business days before my item was considered lost. 15 business days from 8/4 would have been the 23rd of this month. I call the actual customer service number for Kirklands, they then decide to say that it’s 15 business days from every Monday which would make the date of 8/26. The customer service rep then tried to argue with me, as I stated I have proof in an email my item was shipped on the 4th of August, and the Rep was giving me a different date. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was then told that this isn’t how they operate and a supervisor will contact me around 24 to 48 business hours. I will never shop with Kirkland’s again. Please save yourself the time and do not order online. The customer service rep then stated that I can’t even request a refund until Monday the 26th. This is almost like theft for them to hold your money with no recieved item. They do not know how to operate effectively or treat their customers. Absolutely disgusted.
Horrible service
Horrible service! Order an item via the website. Next day stated shipped. Day 10 now and still no movement. Called Kirkland and they say nothing they can do bc FedEx is to blame here. Usually the items are sitting in a warehouse waiting for FedEx to pick it up. They can’t consider a package lost until 15 business days! Then they can refund me. What a bunch of liars. I asked to cancel my order bc I will be moving at the end of the month and will no longer be at the shipping address. They said nothing they can do. Told me to call FedEx and talk to them. If I would have known this was going to take this long to receive this I would have never ordered anything. This is ridiculous! Horrible service!

Purchased a dishwasher from Kirkland Stoke which only lasted five months had lots of issues the very first time I bought it and not willing to replace or fix the machine. Regardless of the warranty run out very poor. Secondhand equipment is not worth buying at all which won’t last you very long, not happy with the company will never use them again very poor.
I love Kirklands
I love Kirklands. It is one of my favorite stores. The only complaint I have is the woman who works in the Deptford, NJ store. Every time I go in there she is just so miserable. She has waited on me several times. No interaction ever! And when I do interact it is just nothing!! Sometimes I will go out of my way and go to another store because of her. I wish I could give her name. I don’t know it. She is usually there during the day. I have never written anything negative in my life! This is very unusual for me to do this. Many times I need help, but forget it. I would never ask this woman! Literally no Thank you, nothing!!

Kirkland's needs to fix their website when you try to review are purchase you get an error. Kirkland's is aware of this & I was told we can't fix it only happens to a few people...don't seem to care.. horrible customer service & I'll shop somewhere else!!
Very positive experience with online order

Do Not Order Lamps from Kirklands!
Ordered a pair of lamps. Both arrived broken. Terribly packaged. They sent another lamp which I did not request. It was also broken. Lamps had no harps. Do not buys lamps from Kirklands
Print labels but dont ship
They "printed label" on nov 8. They didnt ship item. I asked for a refund on nov 21 and they claimed it was lost when i could clearly see they only printed the label. They said they had to wait 15 days to file a claim?!? For what. Then they shippef my item on dec 6 a month later. Terrible service
An email and pop up invaded my calendar…
An email and pop up invaded my calendar about a delivery from Kirkland.com which I was not expecting. I puzzled over it, read comments in Trustpilot then looked up some fixes on YouTube. The YouTube fixes didn’t work. In the end I blocked the sender’s email address, reporting it as phishing. Last of all I deleted the email which cleared the entry in my calendar. There was no other option to remove it from my calendar. I didn’t click any links in the calendar entry and although pop ups are blocked it had still got in. I know what to do if it happens again.

I have been receiving so-called Calendar events from this company. I was going to personally contact them to let them know somebody is spoofing or hacked their email account etc. but it seems to me like with the reviews, I doubt very much they will check into it.
Never heard of this company and funny for the scammer/scammers. I’m not a resident of the United States 35 it first started off with a calendar event saying a package was coming to be delivered to me within three days. Then it turned to five days then it turned nine days, very annoying I’m sure it’s not just myself and the others who have come here to place a review, since there is no email to notify them of this situation. Just a contact us form in regards to I guess customer complaints and or other issues.
Please get an IT company to fix this issue.
This started late September and basically almost every day this happens, and when I try to remove the so-called delivery event, it doesn’t work I re-searched and I called Apple and it’s annoying so somebody’s been able to hack through their system to get into my calendar to put this BS in. If anybody else has this problem type in scam/spam calendars on YouTube there’s a tutorial there that will help you remove these events. Never click the links they place in the subject line or in the “notes” area.

Slow shipping and poor customer service
Placed two orders 12 days ago and still have not received any kind of shipping notification or anything. Customer service is terrible. They don't care and just make excuses.

Wow!! Called to ask a simple question about an order I placed 5 days ago and was treated sub par. Absolutely nothing short of B*tch mode. Prompt says to press 1 for online and her first thing to me was not the right area. I am appalled at this treatment of a customer. All I wanted to know is when will the item ship.
