I ordered a bag for $98 but this company is not in Australia so an extra $25 was added (exchange rate). Waited 6 weeks with no explanation and then received a pair of sunglasses! I emailed Kipling who then tell me the bag was out of stock and I needed to return the sunnies at my expense to get a refund on the bag! I explained that I didn’t order the sunnies and they should pay and that was ignored so I returned them at a cost of $25. They said I should get refund of $98 within 5-15 days and after 30 I have still not received a refund. I emailed them on several occasions asking for proof that they had actually processed the refund and they have now closed their email account ! Wish I had known about Trustpilot before I purchased from this DREADFUL COMPANY !
Muy satisfecha con Kipling
Llevo varios años usando la marca y haciendo los pedidos a través de la web y no he tenido nunca problema. El envío rápido y puntual, y los bolsos de una calidad inmejorable. La atención al cliente también muy buena. De las devoluciones no puedo opinar porque nunca he hecho ninguna.

I put an order (#104) on May 2 then up until July 8 i did not receive my bag. I reached out to Kipling and their courier named foreversuccesslogistics.com multiple times regarding the status, but i got no response at all. Good thing, i paid thru Paypal so i filed a claim on July 9 for unfulfilled order. I received my refund on the date that Paypal promised. Do not order from Kipling website they are unreliable.

Not able to give NO stars. Unfortunately, I bought from kiplinguk.com, which is a rogue website. I ordered 3 bags from Kiplinguk.com. Their website says they don’t take payment until bags are despatched but they took it immediately. They forced me to use Paypal rather than the other payment options. They never acknowledged my order. I have not received the goods. I tried to cancel the order the following day and despite numerous emails, I never had a response. You can only communicate via the website. There are no contact numbers. The Paypal email contains a suspicious email address. I reported to my bank and have been given a full refund.

Péssima experiência de compra online
Péssima experiência de compra online. Decidi comprar a prenda de aniversário de uma amiga no site da Kipling. Ao efetuar a encomenda online identifiquei expressamente como morada de entrega a da minha amiga (que reside nos Açores) e como morada de faturação a minha (na Madeira). Qual o meu espanto quando de seguida recebo um email de confirmação da encomenda a indicar como morada de entrega e de faturação a da minha amiga (isto é, Açores). Imediatamente após receber esse email, enviei uma mensagem para o serviço de apoio ao cliente da Kipling explicando a situação, visto tratar-se de uma prenda de aniversário, e a solicitar a que a faturação fosse enviada para a morada que tinha indicado (isto é para a Madeira, onde resido). A resposta a essa mensagem veio de seguida, de forma muito vaga, sem nunca esclarecer se o lapso (da Kipling!) quanto à morada seria retificado. Não só não foi resolvido, como no dia do aniversário da minha amiga, mais de uma semana depois após a minha mensagem (!) recebo um email da Kipling a informar que a encomenda seria devolvida!!!

Mon colis annoncé livré par DPD n’a pas été livré du coup j’appelle DPD qui me renvoit vers Chronopost, for heureusement super réactivité de Chronopost qui m’a livré deux heures plus tard. Quand à Kipling que j’avais contacté parallèlement, tout d’abord par téléphone, personne ne répond ni ne décroche … J’ai finalement opté pour le formulaire de contact par leur site … réponse standard formulaire pre-établie 4 jours après sans aucune recherche ni aide de leur part. Inadmissible sachant l’argent que j’ai déjà laissé chez eux pour renouveler toute notre bagagerie … tant pis pour eux, c’est terminé je passerai chez les concurrents pour la prochaine fois. De qui se moque t’on ?? Relation client, lamentable 👎

Delivery is too slow. Kipling are too slow to despatch and Yodel are the worlds worst courier company. Won't buy again as this is the 2nd time I've been let down by their despatch.

I´m trying to talk with The Kipling Uk supervisor, about my 150 pounds parcel that was losted by the Yodell delivery company,and it´s just unuseful, Kipling doesn´t have any respect or consideration with their clients, they say "case closed" without even listen to the corcernings of the client.

Qualità secondo me peggiorata...
Ho diverse borse Kipling acquistate in oltre 20 anni. Purtroppo l'ultima (ovviamente nuova cartellinata)che mi è stata regalata in questi giorni da un'amica è di qualità davvero inferiore rispetto alle altre. La tela (borsa ASSENI S dinamc ivory) è molto più leggera, la metalleria più sottile, la scimmietta in plastica beige poi non si può vedere. Inoltre il logo rotondo al centro della borsa ora non è più ben inciso sulla gomma, ma appena in rilievo,tono su tono beige,praticamente non si legge e sembra una comunissima borsa anonima. Penso costi non meno di 50 euro e non li vale affatto. Non ha quella eleganza e al tempo stesso robustezza delle borse kipling di qualche anno fa. Purtroppo essendo un regalo me la devo tenere.
